this place deserves to be torn down and obliterated from being a health hazard to everyone in bowling green. what’s advertised on this website is not at all what you’ll find when you check in. one of our beds were broken, there was what looked to be a massive blood stain on the curtains, one of the lights above the bed did not work and the casing was gone, the wall behind the door was split from ceiling to floor, the air didn’t work and smelled like mold and mildew, the shower had black stuff all over it, and the list goes on and on. we immediately went back to the front desk and tried to get a refund. beware whoever owns this roach motel will NOT refund you whatsoever and it is not listed on this website (or wasn’t when we booked)! we took pics of everything and have been actively disputing it for over a month now and they’re telling the booking agency and our banks that we stayed every night and that there’s no way for them to validate we ever checked out! we booked a Super 8 down the road the same exact night with time stamps and a deposit. they also had cameras that showed when we entered/exited, but this place continues to blatantly lie and refuse to correct anything. I would never recommend this place to anyone and the only way they’re making money is by scamming people and refusing to refund for their horrid conditions. I hope this place gets shut down. I feel sorry for the bugs that crawl around in it.

The photographer for the advertisement was a magician. Amenities, what amenities? The pool closed as a locked door in the middle of June. Tiny room, thank goodness I traveled solo, two people would have been tripping over each other. There only 2 very flat pillows on a queen-sized bed, 1 old raggedy towel, hand towel, and rag (I was solo as I said but usually housekeeping is not that specific). I pulled up the one kitchen style chair and used it for a nightstand and took pride in my vision for allowing me to admire some aesthetic details on the gr ill of my SUV parked just outside my door. Don't get me wrong the centimeter gab between the framework and the actual door helped. BG, the interstate, anything you could think of needing on Scottsdale Rd., block from Walmart and it seemed very safe.

Terrible Experience – Misleading Charges and Poor Room Conditions I recently stayed at America’s Best Value Inn in Bowling Green, KY, and it was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at a motel. I booked a room for two nights with two double beds through Expedia for a total of $134. However, when I arrived at 4:00 AM to check in, the front desk staff demanded an additional $58.I explained that I had already paid online, but they refused to give me the room unless I paid more. At that late hour, I had no choice but to pay, which felt like a scam and extremely unprofessional. To make matters worse, when I asked for a receipt for the extra $60, the staff told me there was no receipt available and gave me excuses that made no sense. This was shady and completely unacceptable. On top of the unfair charges, the room conditions were terrible: • The AC did not work properly, making the room hot and uncomfortable. • There was a bad odor in the room that never went away. • The room had very poor ventilation. • The actual room looked nothing like the pictures advertised online. • The walls were cracked, especially around the bathroom fixtures. • The bed and furniture were in terrible shape, broken and poorly repaired with makeshift supports. • The flooring and wall trims were damaged and dirty. The condition of the room was simply awful, as shown in the attached pictures. For the money I was forced to spend, this was completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise others to

Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. The air conditioner wouldn’t even power on the TV remote did not work. There were cigarette burns in the blankets. Looks like it was painted by a third grader in a rush paint everywhere shower was moldy, black moldy, dirt and grime. Shower drain cover was not even on there was no vent. Cover towels were stained and dirty. Had food on them. The place was absolutely disgusting.

Horrible walked in hair on the sheets and pillows. Blood and pee stains on sheet. Lokked like it hadent been clean. We went and told the rude front desk person and they said we dont do refunds. The picyures were not accurate.

The stay achieved its goal of safe place to stay overnight. Needs repair and cleaning. No breakfast provided as was in description at booking due to "Covid " they said yet everything is open again on not even requiring masks on domestic flights.

Hotel from Hell

I was greatly disappointed in the facility. The bathroom was filthy. The scum was breeding. They need to invest in Comet and elbow grease. The worst was not even having soap or toilet paper. I was infuriated to have to leave the shower wet to retrieve soap. Spend a few dollars more and go to a different motel. Also, the loud cars with bad mufflers wokee up 3 times. Maybe gangbangers.

Would never stay here again!!! Dirty syringe needles were outside the room- I asked if they would clean them up - they did not!!! We stayed in room 211. Burned holes in bedspread and sheet. Only 1 wash cloth for two of us. I liked that there was not carpet on the floor but the floor was very dirty!! Lighting was poor. Several places in bathroom looked to have mold. After we checked in, I went back to the lobby to talk to the young man at the front desk. He said the room was clean and it just seemed that I was looking for something to complain about. He was rude. Seems they really don’t care at all

Well our stay was nasty. We booked a room for two days. The room was clean when we got there. The next day we was gone all day. We returned to our room and it was not cleaned. I went to the front office and asked about it. He said it showed it was done. Then he said he was sending house keeping down to clean it. It was his son and he handed me a garbage bag, a roll of toilet paper and towels and walked away. That to me was very insulting. I call America's best customer service and wax hung up on twice. They had no free breakfast or coffee when it stated they did. If there was a way I could get my money back I would since I paid cash. I don't think that will happen.

Young man running the place was friendly and helpfull ,after that was terrible. Dirty, broke down ,bathtub clogged,,fan broken,,,on and on .. For 108.00 dollars a night ,I need half my money back..

The whole hotel experience was horrible. Riom was very dirty. There was a half empty bottle of water in the refrigerator. The toilet stopped up, when I called the office, I was told tocome get a plunger. I didn't pay to be a plumber in a hotel room. The room smelled if cigarette smoke, we do not smoke. When we arrived back at the hotel from a day out, it was raining, the rain was coming into the room from under the door. My bag was in the floor. I got to it before the water did. We didn't even check out. We just left, still had another night, but just left. The right thing, the business thing to do is to refund my money, but with a hotel like that, I doubt it!!!!

Looked like they were trying to update. First opinion of the room was good but noticed some chipped paint and areas not clean. Then walked into the bathroom and realized that they had not done anything yet. Extremely dirty, there was dirty water in and on the tub, hole at the base of the wall. Also heard the neighbor go in and out of their room, seemed like not good a sound proofing.
