My family loved this hotel. It was in the heart of Pigeon Forge. The breakfast selections of waffle station, biscuit and gravy, chicken tenders, country fried steak, potatoes , cereal, etc was all wonderful. The cook was wonderful and kept the service clean, loved how she greeted everyone, overall wonderful friendly atmosphere for the family. I will definitely stay here again.

Clean room, amenities. Loft area was very nice. Enjoyed balcony. Only issue is only 1 elevator available. We were stuck on 5th floor at time of checkout due to elevator was broke. Cleaning staff/manager was very helpful with getting this resolved and updating us with status of issue.

We were there for our elopement and the staff was so incredible and kind. We had our first look in the lobby and the staff helped calm my nerves while waiting for my fiance to come down. We will definitely be staying here more in the future.
