The room was clean. The bed was comfortable, and most importantly it was quiet which made sleep very peaceful! The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and friendly. This made check in/out very nice and efficient. Bathroom was clean, TV worked, Fridge and microwave in the room were in working order. Parking was available and seemed safe without worries. The location was very convenient and stores/food/gas are very close if needed. I would stay here again!

I have stayed here many times. The hotel staff is amazing! They always seem to do what they can to accommodate the guests. For the most part, the rooms have been priced cheaper than expected for the area. I would 100% recommend this property to anyone needing to stay in the Amherst/ Lorain/ Elyria area.

The buildings are older style and looks {70's to 80's} but, once you enter the room, it's peaceful. the room was more modern, very clean, AC was great and the beds were very comfortable. There was no disruptive noise outside the door and it is located directly behind a Bob Evans! Nice people!

Staff was courteous. The hotel was also very kind and accommodating, to reserve lower floor and great parking as we are seniors and no elevator. I would have given it 5 star, had it actually had a seat cover on the toilet... as people take showers or potty, and there was only the back of toilet top to put whatever to change into, or toss it on the floor or towel out to dress in the rest of the hotel room. Sink etc. area was out in the room as well, which was fine & some do have that, but no clue why no toilet seat cover on the toilet, not a public bathroom, like a rest stop or anything... it was so very inconvenient to say the least.
