Home for homeless, druggies..the place was in violation of so many things, no shower, keys dont work, broken handrails, filthy grounds...DO NOT STAY HERE.

The towels were stained, the room was shabby. The bedspreads were threadbare. I would never stay there again. The attendant was usually asleep. Children running in the hall throughout the night and the building shook from their running.

Was diagnosed with Covid at last minute could have kept reservation but out of concern of spreading it needed to cancel last minute waiting to see if they are going to charge me or not.

Beds was hard as a rock, felt like just box springs . Cigarette burns on the sheets. Not enough pillows or blankets. Room stayed over 80+ degrees . Felt very dated and unclean .

Room was dirty. Fridge and microwave had dried food. Fridge had mold and roaches. Flat sheet on bed had blood stains and a boot print in the middle. There was no TV remote. Lady that checked us in was nice enough but man that checked us out was rude and inconvenienced

Reservation was for 1 king. When I got there, he gave me two doubles. Thin blankets and no bedspread, no ice machine(out of order). Bugs in the bathroom. When I checked out , the computer supposedly wasn't working either so he said he would e-mail receipt and 5 days later I still haven't seen it. Checked out early and I bet I still got charged for the extra day. DON'T GO THERE!

The rooms were roach infested and the staff refused to give us our money back due to the unsafe conditions the rooms are in. The manager refused to give us the number to corporate to speak to anyone about what was happening. The manager was only called when the cops arrived and they refused to give us a refund on the room. When i tried explaining what was going on to the manager, he got hostile with me to the point to where the police officer felt necessary to intervene.

Poor service and bad rooms but best price.

It was one of the few available and was in bad condition, holes in the wall covered by a hastily hung picture frame and the floor was uncomfortably tacky feeling with no tv but it was a short stay for sleep after work so it was fine. The issue was that tub did not drain at all. From the first shower I took til when i left the water didn't go down at all. I work nights so I wasn't able to be up during the times they'd agree to fix it but they didn't do so even when i told them I'd wanted it fixed when their repairman was available regardless of if I'm there and didn't correct it or compromise in any other way.

We shared the bathroom with a cockroach. I think he owes us rent. The bathtub was slicker than snot. Needs traction grips. Beds were very clean and decent. The staircase needs lighting . Hard to see at night.

Roaches

We were shown a few different rooms because the first room we were in had baby roaches in the bathtub. We werent trying to bring them home with us so after he showed us a few more rooms we went to the baymont literally next door. Could not in good conscience stay somewhere with my friend and our girlfriends knowing it had roaches.

There were roaches both dead and alive in the room, i got multibal bed bugs bite and both blankets and all the towls were stained and dirty. I will never book here again and im calling the health department monday. Pay the extra for a better place and save urself the expince of a bed bug treatment

Roach motel

HORRIBLE!! AC was off in the middle of 95 degree summer so extremely hot. When I turned on AC it was barely blowing and took 8 hours to make the room even bearable. Slept in sweat. Room had roaches(see pics) also had mold and chipping walls in bathrooms

The first room they assigned, the TV and the desk light did not work, there was only one towel in the bathroom etc. I went and got the desk clerk and he changed our room to a different one. There is no room service when staying for multiple days. To get clean towels, I took the dirty ones down to the desk and traded them. Also, there is no elevator so it was difficult for my wife to climb the stairs. There was a clump of hair left in the tub that I had to get out before my wife saw it.

Cockroaches

Cockroaches in the bathroom, tried killing a bunch but they scurried away into the seams of the caulking. Only slept for 2 hours because of how uncomfortable the bed was. If i could have changed hotels at 1am I would have. Checked out the next morning and changed to the Baymont
