Wonderful hotel for 3-night stay in Dublin. Great location in Temple Bar area, walkable to everything, nice bar, fantastic breakfast offerings and friendly helpful staff. Quirky decor, love the animated portraits. Would definitely stay here again!

Langhelg i mai sammen med venner. Hotellet lå meget sentralt, rett vet Temple Bar. Selv om det var mye liv i gatene, var det stille på rommet. Meget hyggelig betjening, og god frokost. Gangavstand til det meste. Førstevalg om det blir en ny tur til Dublin.

This stay was a mixed bag. The rooms are clean and modern and have good facilities like a Nespresso machine, and a clothes steamer. The breakfast was nice, and many of the hotel staff were very friendly. However, there were some issues that really should not occur at this price point. The rooms are TINY. I had booked a "deluxe double" (they also apparently have smaller "cosy" rooms). I cannot imagine how a room could be smaller than this one. Thankfully, I was on my own. Two people would be very uncomfortable sharing this room, and it's really not clear at the time of booking how small these rooms are. There isn't even space for a desk and a chair and the wardrobe is only half length. Check-in time is 4pm, which could be quite inconvenient depending on your arrival time. There is a slightly stale odour in the hallway leading to the bedrooms. I also had an issue with my room not having been cleaned when I returned from my day out (at 4.30pm). This was resolved, although it took a while. The receptionist's attitude when I raised it really took me aback. She said that she would do what she could, but that it might not be possible if the cleaners had already left. Having your room cleaned is a fundamental part of staying in a hotel, so the idea that it was negotiable was quite shocking to me. Depending on your priorities, this could be a good place to stay, but you need to be prepared for a tiny room and to advocate quite strongly for yourself.

Odd room. Our room looked into the atrium so we weren't able to open a window for fresh air or a view. It was also very dark in the room making reading impossible. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! The hotel was filled with so much charm and character. It was immaculate, the bed was comfortable and I loved the robe/slippers/extras in the room. We didn’t eat at the restaurant but the decor was great. This hotel is walking distance to everything in the heart of Dublin. I highly recommend!

L'accueil est génial ! Le personnel ne parlait pas français mais ils ont pris le temps de nous expliquer les choses. La chambre était au 1ier côté ruelle. Aucuns bruits. Elle est magnifique mais assez petite. Propreté 10/10. Et déco incroyable. Le petit dèj est superbe et très fourni ( nous sommes sbins mangeurs) ils nous proposent un menu. J'ai pris Oeuf Saumon et pdt. Mon mari a choisi du sucré Oeuf Blueberry et mascarpone. Café ou thé dans un décor moderne et ancien. L'hôtel a son restaurant et pub. Il est au coeur de la ville. 💗
