Property was clean and employees were friendly. It would be nice to have more than one hot tub, maybe have three. After a day of hiking, biking, exploring the outdoor trails it would have been nice to relax in a hot tub at your hotel. But the picnic area near the hot tub was a relaxing spot to unwind.

Great location. Clean room. Grounds keeper was beyond rude. Worst shower I have ever had. Temperature went from scalding hot to lukewarm for no reason without warning. It also leaked and soaked the whole bathroom floor. Also, we stayed in a sort of basement. It was really loud, we could hear the ice machine as if it was in our room. "breakfast" consisted of a pack of cookies, oatmeal, and an orange juice. I would not recommend this hotel. So disappointing, especially for the price.

Saloon doors into the bathroom...Is this how they did it in the Ol'west? Had a great deal of fun with it, however. Also had a piped in music feed that was unique and interesting. Anyway, very close to downtown Ouray. Vey easy access to food, drink, theatre and shopping.

The room was clean and comfortable, close to everything in town. The person at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was decent considering it was left in the room. The hottub was not working and would have been a nice amenity to enjoy.
