Great Location Exceptional Value & Service!

Excellent friendly service, clean, priced well and an ideal location! Great We arrived very late, yet were greeted in person with pleasure. The proprietors even checked to be sure we were comfortable and needed anything. Coffee in room plus continental breakfast in the lobby included. Highly recommend!

Well, this property is very tired and needs some TLC. From dirty walls and doors to rust on the bathroom fixtures, to tiles falling from the walls, and finally finding food scraps on the floor and in the kitchenette. TV didn’t work and the AC unit was inconsistent at best. Just a tired, old property that needs to be renovated…

This is is my favorite go-to lodging when I’m in the Gunnison Valley. Tashi and the staff are fantastic, rooms are always clean, parking is easy, and the breakfast buffet is convenient.

The room was spacious with two chairs and a table (nice for two people!), larger-sized refrigerator, adequate air conditioning on hot day. Plenty of drinking cups and coffee cups, towels and hangers. Smoke from a nearby wildfire interfered with the hotels satellite service (so no TV and no wifi for the evening), but that was no fault of the management; it was working well the next morning.

The room was clean and a very good bed. The property is a bit dated but O.K. The television could not be used while I was there because there were no instructions on the system they have in place. Fairly quiet area and plenty of parking. At check in the room I arranged for had a broken television so I asked for another room but again, the manager on duty had to figure out how to make it work as he was confused also.

The Owner refused to refund any of our money that we paid via Expedia (for a two-day stay $464!!), even though we could not stay in the room. The general grounds, made us feel like we were in a ghetto somewhere. DO NOT PATRONIZE THIS MOTEL!
