Excellent location in the town centre Nice clean but small room and comfortable bed...we were in the roof area so the beams made the room smaller to stand up in...my partner being 6ft couldn't get out his side of the bed Up lots of stairs so if mobility is an issue request a lower floor Staff very helpful and friendly Breakfast very good price...didn't enjoy the scrambled egg wish I'd had poached Instead..otherwise quite nice.. would recommend staying here

Nice place above a nice bar. Had some food and it was fine and a few drinks. Nice atmosphere and well situated in the town. Room was fine, settee was a bit big for the room but you can see what they are trying to do. Young woman who showed us round was nice and so too the young woman at breakfast.

Lovely spacious room and nice breakfast. Accomodation right in the centre of Holmfirth. Take ear plugs though - you are staying over a pub on the main street, so it is going to be noisy, but I had my ear plugs with me and didn't hear much at all.

The room was compact, clean, had a small TV & coffee making facilities, there is a lounge area & kitchen on the same floor that we were on, although we didn’t use it I can see that would be useful, but beware if your not too mobile, there are a lot of steep stairs, also pub below is open till 12 and we did encounter a lot of noise on Sunday night, so if you’re to bed early, be warned. Bed was comfy and has a nice big shower in bathroom.

nice comfortable rooms in centre of holmfirth. Across from Picturedrome, round corner from Sids cafe. The Nook pub and Taphouse below and also pub next door. Plenty of bars and restaurants too.

Perfect Location

The room was very clean and comfortable. The added bonus of the use of a kitchen and a lounge is useful too. Having access to the Nook Pub was an added bonus and we would definitely recommend their homemade pizzas and all the beers 🍻 were very tasty. We’ll definitely stay here again as it’s got the perfect location if you’re visiting the Picturedrome to see a band.
