Overall an excellent experience. Was worried about the road noise as it was quite close to major roads, but at night I had no issue falling asleep. Front desk helped me when I had an issue. Bell hop also very friendly. Parking garage is tight but not out of the ordinary in Taiwan. Breakfast was excellent, it really jump started my day with plenty of protein, veggies/fruits, and beverages. The room smells a bit like cigarette smoke, but after a while of running the AC, it mostly went unnoticeable. Can walk to a nice mall within 15 minutes, where there are nice eateries and a movie theatre.

退房時櫃檯告知有餐飲未結帳，並拿出明細。房號雖正確，但上面的簽名不是我們，消費時間我們也還在房間，當晚我們只使用贈送券兌換飲料。儘管我們當下明確說明，櫃檯幾位人員仍露出不信任態度，沒有道歉，只說會調監視器並讓我們先離開，過程中態度不友善，好似我們要賴帳！ 約兩小時後主動去電詢問查證結果，飯店才表示是其他客人寫錯房號。整體處理效率差更缺乏基本服務敏感度與禮貌，讓人感受非常差。在競爭激烈的旅宿業，應該不需要敵人，就會被消費者淘汰了。 我們是一直支持台中商旅的好客人，竟被這樣對待，失望傷心。

平日入住，價格cp值高，房間大，沒有霉味煙味，隔音好，晚上好睡。停車位方便，早餐相較其他同價位旅館排在前段班，除了淋浴間排水問題要注意一下。 現在不附牙刷與消耗品，但已不少旅館這麼幹，不需列入缺失。 逢甲夜市在晚上散步範圍內。
