A delightful stay

The ocean view was lovely. Short walk into town. Quiet and slept very well. We did not need the AC, the weather was perfect. The hotel is over 100 years old hotel and decorated old Victorian. The service was excellent and the rooms were very clean.

The property is a bit old (think cracking paint and such) but I really enjoyed it. The staff is great and my room was so quiet and peaceful. I had a water view! The area is lovely and safe, I felt comfortable my entire stay and wish I could have stayed longer. I’ll be back! Thanks Mona, Nancy and Maria for a nice relaxing stay!

Cute vintage vibe - right next to the main strip

We enjoyed staying here! The hotel is quite old, with a lot of character. The room was very, very small, so be prepared for that. Everything was clean and had a nice, clean smell. Sadly, there was no coffee in the room or even in the hotel! That's almost a deal breaker. Also, no fan in the bathroom which sucks but is kind of common in hotels. The staff were all very good. The view was excellent - right out to the harbor! It's also only a half block from the main strip/beach so you can't get any more convenient! The value was really good so if you are trying to stay on a budget, this is a fantastic option.

My friend and I loved this place! Super cute and quaint and it was perfect for a simple trip to the island. The amenities were perfect and I loved that there was a Roku in the room so we could watch Netflix after a day of relaxing in the sun :)

One of my favorite hotels here. The staff couldn’t be any nicer and helped me with my luggage to the room on the third floor just a little bummed. I had a cold shower for two days as the hot water wasn’t working, but other than that everything I was so comfortable and soft which I so appreciated.

A little too vintage for my husband and I

The hotel itself is a historic vintage hotel with almost no upgrades over the years at all, which adds to the authenticity and quaint feel but There are zero amenities such as coffee makers in room and air conditioning. The ocean view in our room was amazing and almost made it all worthwhile. But the bed and pillows were incredibly uncomfortable and old that neither of us slept at all. If you’re looking for quaint vintage Catalina this is for you but if you’re expecting any amenities or comfort, go elsewhere.

The phone number we were given to contact for check in is not in service, which was a little concerning since we were told to contact them for check in steps. The hotel is convenient to beach and activities, there were no amenity available, no elevator, no air conditioning but the weather was amazing so it wasn't needed. The hotel is old but rooms well maintained. We paid a little more for an ocean veiw and that was nice. All in all it was just what we needed, a comfy small room for 1 night!

The water was out and I had to find another hotel immediately. I’m still waiting on my refund. They had time to let me know about the water earlier, they should have called me so I had more time to find another hotel. The last time I stayed at this hotel the tv was out the whole time.
