Simple, Clean and Quiet

It's a simple, clean and quiet residence. No luxury facilities, like swimming pool or gym. However, the servers are nice and the guard will always help open the gate. The room is simple and clean. Moreover, it is quiet from noisy streets, but it takes about 10 minutes to walk to MRT or BTS station (acceptable). A last note is there is no elevator.

We arrived around 6 a.m for check in and waited around 20 mins for someone to greet us. A guard was there to open the door. There are no elevators and we're on the 3rd floor. It's an old building and old amenities. The shower is a tub w/ plastic curtain. a small fridge is available. The AC is difficult to adjust so it was super cold or not cool at all. The bed is lumpy and pillows large and too firm, too big for me and i'm big. The hotel is a long walk down a long narrow street and not very convenient as it appeared on the map. I'd be concerned with my wife walking alone. Dogs were barking at night in neighbors compound, only 2 meters away. A small bar of soap is provided for shower. No food on the premises to purchase. The admin and guards super nice, but I don't think it work $54/night compared to other options in the areas.

5/5 för det mötte mina förväntningar på alla plan. Lungt område men nära till allt i Silom, framförallt Lumpini Park. Otroligt avkopplande jämfört med Sukhumvit, finns många coola sky bars runt hörnet. Bra placering i BKK

We had such a wonderful stay at The Sunrise Inn. The staff including security were so nice and accommodating. Provided us with an iron upon request, hair dryer, and while we didn't have the room cleaned by choice - each day they provided a basket with fresh towels, soap, and bottles of water. The A/C works very well. The location is great - right near Silom MRT station and Sky train access - within maybe 10-12 min walk as well as a much closer bus stop with many lines. But it's also tucked away in a small alley/road with other properties and is quite quiet.

Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Due to bad weather I was 18 hours late and arrived in the middle of the night after their front desk was closed. I was able to use the Expedia app to contact them and they were able to accommodate my late arrival. Within comfortable walking distance of a bts station and two mrt stations. Rooms always well cleaned and security always at the front door. On site washing machines. Owners and staff always eager to help.

Budget friendly hotel in a convenient location

A comfortable, budget hotel in a quiet lane close to the heart of bangkok. Everything was comfortable. The only thing to be aware is that the hotel doesn't have a lift.
