People working here are super friendly and make you feel like home. The location is super! Literally few minutes from Times Square. They offered us free drinks as soon as we arrive after hours and hours of flight and we really appreciate that! BUT, there were some issues that need improvement. During our stay there were two fire alarms. One at 1.30 in the morning and the other at 5.00 in the morning. There wasnt any fire but we had to wake up and go downstairs for safety reasons. On one day of our stay, there was no hot water during morning hours, they were trying to fix it but couldnt tell us the time needed to fix the problem so we had to skip morning shower. And what needs a serious improvement is the cleaning of rooms. Second day of our stay, the cleaning lady didnt put new towels, just took the old ones, so i had to go to the reception and ask them for towel plus to fix room phone cause it wasnt working. They did it immediately . For the next two days we had an issue with the cleaning hour, because they didnt clean the room until 3.00-3.30 in the afternoon- it was the time we arrive at the hotel so we had to wait outside of the room until the cleaning lady finishes the room. So i arranged with the reception to clean the room by 11.00
Morning. And they solve that too! But the cleaners really didnt do an efficient job in the room. Everyday we found hair on the floor and on the bed sheets . Its sad because all the employees downstairs are really nice, friendly and helpful
