I thought the room was roomy and comfortable. Best hotel air conditioner ever by far! Was great that the owner lived on site and the hotel had such a warm family feel. Would have preferred more water pressure and a plug on both sides of the bed.

Worst stay ever.

This was the worst stay I've ever had I will let all my friends and family know about my experience. Rooms we're dirty beds we're not even stable or level. Bedding was dirty looked like blood on both bedspreads. restroom very Dirty. Room Full of spiderwebs and mosquitos. You can hear everyone talking outside and on both sides of the room . Staff well I believe the owner Very RUDE!

Was okay. Needs more service

Room was clean bathroom are super small. Not alot of mirrors. Refrigerator door wouldnt stay shut without propping something infront of it. Did not tidy room or change out towels daily. Take out your own trash. Never stayed anywhere that did not come in daily. Air-conditioning was cold. Pool and bbq area was beautiful.

The stay of a lifetime

Our hotel stay was perfect. The friendliness and helpfulness started with our check in. We needed extra pillows and were handed some right away. The room smelled clean, no insects and the bed was super comfortable. The stay was quiet and there were nice chairs outside the rooms to relax in. The property itself was very clean and kept up. The hot tub and pool were well maintained. Checkout was bittersweet as we didnt want to leave but it was very professional. Definitely dont hesitate to book your next stay here!

Horrible stay

AC was leaking water into room and never cooled room. We kept telling maintenance guy but he kept saying he would fix it never did. And then I let him know that the toilet was clogged kept saying I’ll get to it when I get to it. He would never show up, then started giving attitude. Also bed was being held by buckets and I also let him know about that as well and he just kept saying he didnt know what to tell me. He was a very rude maintenance man, I’ve been staying here for over 10 years and this is one of the worst stays I ever had to deal with. The room had a bad smell of urine and feces, room rates from hotels.com are not honored when you check in. I was given a total thru hotels.com and their price was 40.00 dollars more, a lot of other tenants were complaining about same thing too.

Great property to stay at. The beach is a 4 minute drive, Mexican restaurant and shaved ice shop right next to the property and shopping district in walking distance with golf cart rental businesses all around.

Great for the price....but...

For the price, the room was great for a quick stay. I would have given it a 5star but there were some guest who were being rowdy and making alot of noise till 2am and i was surprised management did not ask them to stop after 10pm or so.
