It is our 2nd time staying here. Everyone one there was very helpful and friendly. The only thing that I have an issue with is when booking you should be able to see what room you are booked for. So other then that we will be going back there again on the next family trip.

This place is great location if you’re going to the Hampton Beach Casino Ballroom. It’s right on the Ocean Boulevard and has outside porch which faces the ocean right across the street. Restaurants and stores are walkable distance. The building itself seems pretty old but the room we had was very clean. The bathroom was small but appeared to be recently updated. No elevators so be prepared to do stairs if you are on 2nd or 3rd floor. There is an ice machine and they have coffee in the morning in the lobby. Nothing fancy. Also a nice sitting area in the lobby. Parking is down the street but is a short walk slightly uphill back to the hotel. Air conditioning in our room worked well. We were there in mid September. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The location is amazing. The front porch is great. There is a pool, which was fun for the kids after the beach. The rooms were small and outdated and it smelt clean but it was a little overwhelming and strong, but it worked for our one night overnight. The balcony was great for watching the fireworks on Wednesday night. Online it is advertised as 11am checkout, but its actually 1030am so they almost charged me for late checkout. Parking is included which is nice and they let us park before check in time.

Didn’t like walking up 3 flights of stairs but it’s a typical, older beach hotel and was quaint. Loved the beds and front porch. Easy walking to everything and was worth the price. Next time will book an oceanfront with balcony as had a smaller inner room this time. Clean and staff friendly and helpful. Parking was just down the road so a little haul if you have a lot of stuff . Would stay again.
