Went for Mother’s Day weekend and our trip was amazing! Beyond happy I chose this hotel for our stay, we tone at the hotel was so nice and made our weekend extra special.

The Sydney is a beautiful boutique hotel in the heart of Edgartown. The staff was wonderful and accommodating, and the guest room and property immaculate. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and look forward to returning there again on future trips to Martha's Vineyard.

The Sydney is in a great location, walkable to a lot Of restaurants as well as public transport. It was a charming property.

We had a wonderful stay at The Sydney! It was clean, contemporary, and very well-situated to downtown and the bus. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early with no problem.

Really enjoyed our stay and our interactions with the staff. The only thing that wasn't ideal was the street noise. Without earplugs it was nreaaly impossible to sleep before 1am and after 5am when the street cleaners and garbage trucks came every morning.

Arriving to the Vineyard on one of the most crowded weekends of the summer we were delighted to arrive on the Pied Piper Ferry, walk two blocks with our luggage, and check into this hotel. We walked to dinner nearby. Quick trip and only a one night stay, we were delighted to find this hotel willing to rent for just one night. Most of the others had minimums. Decor was spot on. Feel was young and clean. I would recommend again for someone looking for a weekend without a car and a way to enjoy the Vineyard without sitting in traffic. Breakfast was minimal. Maybe too minimal. Coffee was self service and fully outfitted with non-dairy milk options. Counter space in the bathroom is very limited. No USB-c outlets. Could add a night light in the bathroom but most hotels need this too. Got a great night’s sleep.

The cookies are amazing. Everything was great and having beach chairs available to grab and go is such a wonderful convenience. Perfect location. Super clean. Great bed. Outside space is perfect for a nightcap. Thanks Stefan and staff for thinking of everything.
