Overall, staying here was fine. A couple of issues: no bath towels-one washcloth, one hand towel, one bath mat. Had to go to front and ask for a towel AFTER my shower. There were no cups in the room, not even with the ice bucket. I left before breakfast was served. However, I was able to get coffee and it was good.

This was a great find especially for the money. The property is convenient. The room very clean, pet friendly, and quiet for its location. The check in was a bit of surprise wanting to post a deposit for "amenities". There were none at the property. The breakfast was hot, varied, and excellent. Did not have to have another meal that day. The staff was courteous and friendly. Will stay there again when in Lubbock.

The front office staff was not helpful, they did not explain anything about the amenities, WiFi or even the checkout time. The room was not; specifically the bathroom area that clumps of unknown hair. This is not a hotel that I would stay in again.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There were holes in the our widow had been taped up because it had been broken. The floor was buckling. The curtains were torn and the beds were anything but comfortable. By the time breakfast came around we were ready for this experience to be done.

The stay was great expect the hotel kept trying to charge my card after everything was paid for. The deposit fee didn’t go through at first on the day of check in. On the day of check out there was a bunch of fee’s charged to my card with no explanation.

The room was not clean when we arrived. The sheets had visible stains, and the carpet looked dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom also appeared not to have been properly cleaned—it didn’t look swept or mopped. Overall, the room did not feel sanitary, which made our stay uncomfortable.

We arrived early and was just going to wait. The front desk lady who was sitting in the lobby on her phone says,” We don’t have any rooms cleaned.” I told her that was ok as we were early and know check in is at three. She then said,” I don’t know if we will have any rooms cleaned at three.” I told her well I booked two rooms and left it at that. We waited, me and seven kids. We did get our rooms but her attitude was irritation of us just being there. Location was on the highway and not in a good part of town. The rest of the staff were very kind ; especially the morning man who made us feel very welcome. Breakfast was hot, room was clean. Shower head was partially clogged. I would stay again but hopefully not run into her again.

I reserved a King Suite. I was given a regular King room. I was told by the young man at the desk that they didn't have that kind of room. Iasked several times to clairfy his meaning. He just kept saying they didn't have that type of room. He told me I could check out and go someplace else or stay in the room he gave me. It was late and had been a long day, and I still had work to do. The bed was not comfortable and the desk chair was hard. I needed to do work from my room and participate in a zoom meeting the next morning. The room was not conducive for what I needed on this trip. I will never stay in this place again.

This property was OK for the price point, but it could used a little TLC. The breakfast was adequate. The surroundings were clean, but a little run down. No wash cloths or handtowels in the bathroom, we really didn't need them so didn't ask for some, the bath towels were very thin and frayed and the shower curtain had stains. There was no bedspread, only 2 sheets and a blanket and the sheets had stains. Was convenient for our needs, but probably won't stay there again.
