Initially, the staff were nice. When I went ro the room, the door was unlatched. Nothing looked disturbed, so overlooked it. There was one hand towel, one washcloth and a bathmat. The shower rod was pulling from the wall. The night staff was apologetic and brought clean towels and a washcloth. Said new housekeepers and were having communication problems, dryer wasn't working. In the morning, discovered the water was not working in the tub/shower. The staff offered a key to a different room, but we wound up just washing up at the sink. There was no stopper in the sink, and a toothpaste cap was in the drain.There was leftover food in the refrigerator. We had a puppy, and he got stickers in his paws when we took him potty. My husband went for breakfast and there were crumbs and empty containers. When we left, i looked again and they had refilled some containers, but we were done. Rethink and give them time to correct issues. April 13, 2026

The room was not clean when we arrived. The sheets had visible stains, and the carpet looked dirty and poorly maintained. The bathroom also appeared not to have been properly cleaned—it didn’t look swept or mopped. Overall, the room did not feel sanitary, which made our stay uncomfortable.

This property was OK for the price point, but it could used a little TLC. The breakfast was adequate. The surroundings were clean, but a little run down. No wash cloths or handtowels in the bathroom, we really didn't need them so didn't ask for some, the bath towels were very thin and frayed and the shower curtain had stains. There was no bedspread, only 2 sheets and a blanket and the sheets had stains. Was convenient for our needs, but probably won't stay there again.

Absolutely the worst stay. Clerk was very very rude. Shower didn’t work. Tv didn’t work. Bums everyone around. Beds were so bad metal was sticking out of the mattress. The pictures of this room on the website is a complete lie. This was by far one of the worst rooms I’ve ever seen.

The room was extremely dirty,nasty stains on the walls in all parts of room. The pull out sofa had mold on the underneath part of matress,my son had to sleep on the floor,sadly. We got in late were tired and ready for a shower a good nights rest. No extra covers were given,and only allowed 1 towel due to them drying towels. Went back in the am and was told there were no towels again due to them drying again.Stains on the sheets,luckily we brought our own blankets so we slept on top of comforter. Huge red dirt pile on window above the ac. Light was broken and kept falling side ways and all ways.It was a horrible stay. We dont get to stay in hotels often so it was sad that my children and ourselves had to have a terrible instead of relaxing stay
