My second time staying here while traveling. It’s a charming hotel that has been upgraded with nice colors and furnishings. It’s clean, quiet and safe. The night I stayed there, park rangers from over were having a conference there so there was a lot of law enforcement presence.

Amazing location of the property. BUT Room housekeeping was poor, furniture was dusty, bed linens was old, bathroom conditions were really poor. Not maintained at all. Although the view from the room balcony was amazing. I gave a verbal feedback to the front desk on check out- but the associate was not willing to accept the room feedback. Says she personally inspected the room the day before my check in and it was clean !!! Had a very negative attitude and I think every organization should be willing to take the negative and positive feedbacks to improve their business.

Historical Hotel with much needed room updating. Showers didn't have proper curtain to keep in water, air conditioning made terrible noise, sheets and comforter paper thin and had old stains on them. Elevator was a small box that was unpredictable if it would open/close/work at all. Convenience of food from Tavern or Formal dining.

I like the hotel. But, turning on the TV is a learning experience. Have to select HDMI every time the TV is turned on. Just never experienced anything like that. Parking was convenient. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Like the nostalgic look of the place.

It was an excellent day. The staff was wonderful. The only thing I noticed was that all of the glass as you enter on all of the doors and windows was extremely dirty. It wasn’t cleaned, and it made it look less than appealing when you entered. It still was the same Fingerprints the next morning. I know that seems ridiculous but greasy fingerprints all over the entryways are a bit offputting. Otherwise, Everything was wonderful. The staff was wonderful. The hotel was beautiful and we really enjoyed our stay.
