第一間房冷氣壞了，換了房間，可是半夜冷氣自動關了，很熱。 房間不算大，可是設備齊全，有小冰箱。 與車站大約5-10分鐘距離，周邊有餐廳。

Good location! but receptionstaff not!

Well the personal in the reception was one of the most rudest i met, during my travels! When I let them know that we wasnt informed or gotten any email link when we checked in? We had to find the wifi ourself? And through that we lost 76 Euro on the local public transport! When I said or complained about this to the reception? Their answer was? "Oh he who checked you in should have send you a email?" But he didnt even ask for one?, Because he was training a new staffmember? Then I said but cant you do anything about after? Their responce "no we cant oh are you here for a whole week sorry that you bought card for local transport " and then laughed about it! I said it is you fault from the beginning Because its says nothing on your website or hotels.com etc "yes it does they said" no it doesnt! and then the receptionist sad "oh its only local to our hotel" so know that the staff on this hotel is the most rudest I ever met! Okay mit kleinen Fehlern

fast alles so, wie es sein sollte. Was aber gar nicht geht ist, dass der Seifenspender am Waschbecken so leer war, dass absolut kein Tropfen mehr raus kam. Außerdem waren die Batterien von der TV Fernbedienung leer, so dass sich der Fernseher nicht bediene ließ.

The worst service i ever got. We didnt get the room, we have payed for at the first time, and had to change rooms after a long trip. That is what it is, but the reception was not kindly, when i asked for possibles to pay ekstra and get a bigger room. His answear to me was "we are a business hotel, not a hotel to couples". Well thank you for telling me that. If you choose to take the hotel because of the charghing points, dont. These are not working, and charghing you 90euro, without getting anything. The breakfast was the cheapest i ever seen. VERY small like 4 hot dishes and thats it. But the stap need to learn service.

Working in the Messe, this hotel was very convenient with only a short walk through a beautiful park to reach the Halls. The room was very well appointed and comfortable. The breakfast had a good and varied selection of hot and cold food. Staff were all very helpful and friendly.

Ce n'est pas le meilleur InterCity que j'ai connu. Pas de restauration. Chambre moyennement entretenu et sur demande expresse uniquement. Mais très bien situé pour les congrès Un bouilloire pour l'eau et un frigidaire pour faire les courses.

Nice hotel

Nice hotel located next to planten un blumen park. We had a room on 11 floor with a great view over the park. Breakfast was ok but not more than that. There is no room where you Can sit with friends without buying anything. Staff was friendly and tried to explain themselves in english.
