Overnight get away

The room was tiny, which we knew ahead of time but was not an issue as we stayed for one night. The location was perfect and right in the middle of the strip. The staff was very pleasant and we got there early and was offered to use their lot while we waited to check in.

Economical and pleasant

We had a wonderful visit. The best part was probably the easy access to the beach, and the easy access to the free parking. They also let us keep our car in the parking lot beyond checkout because they didn’t need all the space during those hours, and we really appreciated that. I was also surprised that even though we didn't have an ocean view that was advertised, we could actually see the ocean out the window on the side of the building from one of the beds.

The room was small, bed was uncomfortable, the bathroom was way too small. Parking sucked.

Disappointing

The bed was so hard and uncomfortable, barely got any sleep. Woke up and could barely get out of bed. Room had a window ac and a portable space heater, functional but not practical. And hot water took about 6-7 minutes to get a hot shower. Also got an email the day before saying parking was for compact vehicles only. No trucks/vans allowed to park in a lot that’s a few buildings away from hotel.

we arrived and no one was at desk, so we paid for parking across the street .went back some one finally check us in and told us were to drive to and park the car,the place was clean but old.

On the positive the Hotel was centrally located to the activities and the beach was directly across the street. The owner was courteous.The bed was nice and firm and the room was clean except for mold on the shower curtain. On the negative side the room did not have a curtain hanging on the curtain rod and ended up using the bed spread to keep the outside light out. There were no instructions on how to turn on the air conditioner so ended up opening the window and could hear street noise. Also someone unplugged the direct TV box so it took 20 minutes to figure out what was wrong and get the TV going. Checkout was 10:30 AM a bit earlier than most places.
