Tutto ciò che puoi desiderare

Struttura immersa in una cornice paradisiaca, di dimensioni umane seppur munita di ogni confort e servizio. Facilities di ottima qualità e pulizia impeccabile. Personale gentile, ottima scelta di ristoranti e cibo di qualità, fantastico il mini-club. Durante il nostro soggiorno non avremmo potuto desiderare di meglio. Consiglio vivamente sotto tutti i punti di vista.

Nunca me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel. La seguridad del hotel es muy buena, ya que el ingreso es controlado. Cuando llegas para hacer el check-in te reciben con una bebida refrescante y una toalla. Al trasladarte a tu habitación te van explicando las áreas del hotel. Las instalaciones son maravillosas, hay suficientes camastros para todos, siempre hay espacio libre y rapidez en los restaurantes. El personal es MUY MUY amable, no sentí distinción o preferencia con el turismo extranjero. La comida es deliciosa, variada y apetecible. Las habitaciones son cómodas, una higiene impecable, decoración hecha por camaristas que te hacen sentir como en casa, tuvimos un descanso reparador. La playa es hermosa y trabajan diario para mantenerla libre de sargazo. Después del check-out puedes tomar frutas para tu camino de regreso, eso es un detalle espectacular.

Great and live music is fantastic!

Great place to stay. Room is very comfortable and everyone is so nice. The live music at night is terrific. They played mostly 60's, 70's, 80's and occasionally some newer. The food is very good.

While the property was quiet and the views from the rooms stunning, the meals were bland. We desperately tried to find quality food, thinking this meal was a one off. Unfortunately, during our 7 days stay, we never had high quality, flavorful food. If you are looking for a great beach and don’t care about what you eat, this is a lovely spot. If you enjoy quality, flavorful food, then I would recommend another location.

The property was beautiful and we were in one of the renovated rooms which were very nice. This resort is relaxing and quiet. No issues getting lounge chairs at any time of the day. The only bad point is that the food at the buffet was terrible, we have stayed at many all inclusive resorts and this was the worst food we have had. We do not have high expectations for food at all-inclusive resorts but this did not even meet our low expectations. This resort was a bit pricier than others so we thought the food would be better.

Wij verbleven een week in dit hotel met een gezin met twee kinderen. We zaten in blok 4, redelijk recent gerestaureerd. Wel wat verschil tussen de kamers, wij kregen geen slippers, de kinderen wel. Wij kregen meer water, de kinderen minder. We hebben regelmatig gevraagd voor extra handdoeken want de kamer was vochtig dus niets werd droog. Op het dek hadden wij zitstoeltjes maar de buren deckchairs wat wij ook hadden verwacht want dat ligt toch lekkerder. De kamer heeft een goede afmeting, er is meer dan genoeg ruimte en het bed sliep heerlijk. Er wordt ook goed schoongemaakt. Voor het eten waren de verwachtingen laag en dat klopte ook met de werkelijkheid. Een paar restaurants, te weinig tafels dus in de rij (!!) om 18.00 uur of wachten tot 19:45. Kwaliteit middelmatig met 1 uitzondering: er is een sushibar, open van 12.30 tot 18.00. Perfect en smaakvol. Soms een lange rij maar het is het wachten meer dan waard. Het buffet is praktisch, voor iedereen wel iets te vinden. Alleen bij het ontbijt moesten we vaak lang wachten op ons drinken. Dan het strand en de ligbedden. Er worden handdoeken op de ligbedden neergelegd terwijl mensen dan uren later pas verschijnen alsof je in een goedkoop hotel zit. Als wij dit van te voren hadden geweten, waren we hier niet naartoe gegaan. Zorg voor voldoende bedden, maak het strand en de bedden schoon en verbied deze ‘’claim je stoel met een handdoek’ ellende. Super triest en het voelt goedkoop.

Mostly really nice property. Staff were super friendly and helpful. The negatives were the loungers and palapas were always reserved for the day. Many time you didn’t see them used for more than half the day, just towels sitting on them. Sounds like that’s the way most resorts are but it’s still annoying.

Muy tranquila, atención muy amable, café muy bueno y todo el día, la comida excelente, habitaciones cómodas, realmente fue una semana especial, el mar delicioso, sin duda lo repetimos, que no me gustó los restaurantes con una comida muy buena pero son pequeños y es por orden de llegada y es muy difícil entrar si fuera por reservación sería mejor
