Struttura immersa in una cornice paradisiaca, di dimensioni umane seppur munita di ogni confort e servizio. Facilities di ottima qualità e pulizia impeccabile. Nunca me habían tratado tan bien en un hotel. La seguridad del hotel es muy buena, ya que el ingreso es controlado. Cuando llegas para hacer el check-in te reciben con una bebida refrescante y una toalla. Al trasladarte a tu habitación te van explicando las áreas del hotel. Las instalaciones son maravillosas, hay suficientes camastros para todos, siempre hay espacio libre y rapidez en los restaurantes. El personal es MUY MUY amable, no sentí distinción o preferencia con el turismo extranjero. La comida es deliciosa, variada y apetecible. Las habitaciones son cómodas, una higiene impecable, decoración hecha por camaristas que te hacen sentir como en casa, tuvimos un descanso reparador. La playa es hermosa y trabajan diario para mantenerla libre de sargazo. Después del check-out puedes tomar frutas para tu camino de regreso, eso es un detalle espectacular.

excellent location, beautiful beach and great snorkeling. extremely clean and well kept property. service was good but could have been more attentive (not being seated/drink orders taken at buffet, soaps/shampoos/water not replenished by housekeeping, etc). a la Cartes restaurants VERY good. buffet was fairly typical, but had lots of nice Mexican options. chair saving an issue, but staff always available at beach to help you find a spot/remove towels. great resort for lower mobility individuals as there are elevators and everything is in close proximity. extra points for the resident resort cat.

19yr Anniversary trip-Stay was very nice, dining options were good, a lot of grassy stuff would wash up on the beach every night but would be cleaned first thing in the morning. For the price it was a great value which is why we stayed here due to the budget. We were not disappointed would of been happy to stay more days if we could have. If you want a good seat by the water or cabana u will have to get up super early to claim them with your belongings. Seemed like people where up at 5 am and we weren’t doing that on vacation lol.

This is an outstanding resort we enjoyed immensely. The setting on the beach of Akumal Bay is spectacular and the extraordinarily comfortable rooms are truly “ocean front.” The staff is remarkably accommodating and the “vibe” is totally “chill.” Food was absolutely first-rate. We now consider Akumal Bay BC our favorite spot on the Riviera Maya and will be back soon.
