room smelt like pot, pool got closed bc of kids and adults running around like crazy. wedding going on kids and adults running all over the hotel. women screeching thru the hallway as we are trying to sleep. hotel front desk was either not there or useless saying the manager will contact us. they never contacted us!

The hotel is impressive from the outside and previously was well maintained and luxurious. It honestly needs refurbishment. The guestrooms are dingy, sparse and missing many small features which guests look for. The bathroom was okay, but hair dryer broken, coffee maker had no regular coffee, carpet was worn and not clean, the bed was hard as a rock, uncomfortable and linens old and worn looking. We had dinner in the restaurant there, which was ok except the wine glass I received was dirty with someones lipstick. The waitstaff was very nice and apologized. I guess the worse thing was that Visions their restaurant which serves breakfast 7 days a week and opens at 7 AM, was not open at 7 am. I went to the desk and asked if they had any information about it as we were on a time crunch. The lobby spoke with them and reminded them it was after 7. We went there and they werent ready for customers at all. We werent greeted, no menus and when I put my bags down on a 4 top (which was the end of the bench seat) I was rudely told we must sit at a 2 seater when there was no one in the restaurant except us and the server could see we both had mobility issues. I was astonished that she was more concerned with where we sat not to inconvenience the staff then being accommodating after I told her we needed to be on the road before 7:30 -7:45. I told her theres no other customers here, it shouldn't matter where we sit, but you know what, we will go elsewhere who wants our business.

Very nice hotel. Room is excellent and the pool, hot tub was great. We didn't use the gym, but it looked very nice and had racketball. Did not try the paid breakfast as we were out early every morning. We dined in shades for dinner which was OK but they need new chairs or repair as many were wobbly and felt like they might break. Also no room service.

We loved her stay here. It was very clean and overall the staff was very friendly with the exception of the girl that greeted us in the breakfast restaurant the next morning. It was great because there’s so much to do there pool tables and dartboards swimming pool and hot tub. The staff in the restaurant and bar area were extremely friendly. It was a wonderful stay definitely will be returning.

Very nice hotel with interesting history, aesthetically pleasing atmosphere. Also the pool area was excellent, very clean and large with hot tub. Fun looking bar area, but I was travelling with children so did not go in. Only complains are the Front desk check in staff was not informative at all, or very friendly. I had no idea where anything was and they did not explain any amenities or where to park, where room was, etc, basically just paid and said have a nice stay. Worst was no complimentary coffee- had to pay $2 for a Keurig pod in the lobby in the morning. There is a coffee maker in the room but I didn’t want to wake my family. Breakfast buffet was good and felt it was worth the money, very big selection and good quality. Housekeeping staff very good. Surrounding area a little run down but overall plenty of nice area with a short drive. I would stay here again but the coffee situation needs improvement.
