The bed didn't present and feel like a queen size bed. However, we were upgraded to a king, which was very nice at no extra charge. The Fire T.V wouldn't connect to the internet, However they had an hdmi cable and i was able to connect my computer to watch Netflix. The bed was a bit too soft and the pillows were low quality, However the staff were amazing and always helpful. So i landed at okay. A few not so good things a few great things.

Everytime I stay at a hotel, there's always an issue with something. Hotel rooms are used by hundreds of people every year. I expect wear and tear. I judge the hotel based on overall appearance and the staff/assistance. One of the pictures in the room was too heavy for the frame and the top of the frame had bent. Some of the wallpapers was peeling and bubbled up, and the microwave was damage and curcuiting. However, the staff at the front desk came up and inspected it and brought us a new one. I checked for bed bugs, as I usually do upon entering thr room.and there' were no signs of them. The TV was an updated updated one with access to streaming apps, making it more enjoyable for my kids and I. They came to clean the room the following day. I declined the service but it was nice to see that they were on top of things. Overall it was a good stay. Worthy of 4 stars. I don't think I'd give any place 5 stars unless everything was almost perfect. It was a good hotel for thr price. I would stay again and may v3ry well stay there again in the future.

Not sure where to begin. I was hopeful from the reviews. We are from outside of town attending a birthday party that ran late into the evening. For some reason the hotel staff decided it was necessary to call me multiple times throughout the evening to see if we were coming. Yes, I said we are coming we are at a party. Then to call me twice more. Why do you keep calling? Finally by the third phone call we decided to leave the party so we could get to our hotel and check in!!!. How annoying!!!! Why does it matter? You have my credit card on file. My other family members checked in earlier. I’ve never had a hotel call to see if you’re going to check in. When I arrived the front desk clerk was shocked I asked why they had pressured us to check in. This hotel doesn’t look like the pictures. Our hotel room wreaked of urine. Not sure where it was coming from but it was gross and I was afraid to turn the heat on because it was worse near the heater. Then The heavy smell of bleach coming from the toilet was eye watering and had to close the door to the bathroom. The walls are paper thin you can hear everything! I feel completely grossed out. I’m upset I paid for two rooms for my adult kids and Their baby and this is what you get. If I could give it zero stars I would. At 8 am the TV must have an auto ON wakes you up out of a sleep. Free breakfast… no thanks. HONESTLY… this is the bottom of the barrel when it comes to hotels . DIRTY! Days inn USED to be a pretty good hotel. Not anym

Overall, a fine space to lay our heads. The floor in our room looked as though it had not been cleaned and the hallways not vacuumed. We were in room 221 and the water pipes in the room next to us woke us up 3 times throughout the next. Literally scared the crap out of me. So loud!
