Stayed at this hotel a couple months ago. Disaster from the moment I got there. Car lot attendant tried to get $75 to park, per day. I said it has $25 on the website. He didnt care. I go inside to get help. I'm making a 2 hours long back-n-forth BS session alot smaller just to fit in this review, but lets just say I was forced to pay more than the advertised $25 for parking. Alot of other people were duped into paying more that weekend. The 'manager' claimed she couldnt do anything about it. Also claimed she couldnt cancel my 2nd night even though I had written proof from Hotels.com presented to her that the 2nd night would be cancelled upon my arrival. She wouldnt honor their commitment. Then one night I used a hand towel to wipe up water on the bathroom floor. Floor must have been dirty, couldnt tell, it was a brown floor. White towel got dirty. Fast forward 2 weeks later, they billed me $50 for that hand towel. Said it was stained. Yeah, no kidding, your floors were dirty! Try cleaning the floors! Throw in there was an electrical outlet broken, a mirror that was missing (surprised they didnt bill me for that), and sticky floors in the elevator ... 100% positive i will not stay at this place again and go through their bait-n-switch pricing and convenient excuses as to why they wont follow what their website advertises. And if the 'manager' happens to respond with excuses, dont buy into it. I give good reviews when deserved. This place doesnt deserve that courtesy.
