Nice hotel in a historic town of Rothenburg. The room is well decorated and spacious. Staff are friendly and helpful. Delicious breakfast which is served by friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I made an early reservation (in March 2017) for the stay before Christmas in Rothenburg. On the day of check-in, the reception staff told me that my reservation "popped out" just the day before in the hotel's system and my reserved room was therefore not available! She had been very kind to arrange me another family room which was cheaper but of course of a lower standard. I hope it will not happen to other tourists using the Expedia booking system in the future.

Great experience

convenient location, with historical decoration in it. The heating system had some problem in the first, but fixed well soon after we asked. The breakfast is satisfying as well.

親切友善的老酒店(老但絕對漂亮舒適)

老闆員工皆十分親切友善, 老闆在我們開車迷路時突然出現指示正確方向, 到達酒店時老闆又突然出現幫我們去泊車, 友善得難以置信. 十分享受酒店的服務.

古舊典雅酒店住宿

入住的房子很大，有私人客廳而且廁所非常寬大，令我們恍如置身古代。床舖很清潔，廁所也很整潔乾淨。早餐提供的食物較少，但餐廳會為客人額外煮雞蛋。很欣賞他們提供多達十種以上的茶葉供早歺客選擇。

Location is good and room is quite comfortable. We didn't try the restaurant but it seemed many people were in the restaurant during the dinner time.

Great experience in this luxurious hotel

The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and the bath was great as well. Only downside was the lack of air-con as it was so hot during our stay, but was fine at night when the temperature went down. Overall very satisfied with our stay.

A beautiful hotel with a very clean room and friendly staff. The breakfast was tasty and the hotel is super convenient to the Old Town and not a far walk to the train station. We came for our anniversary and hope to return in a few years!
