When we arrived @ the hotel after a 5 hour drive they had no record of our booking. We were told that they recently no longer deal with Expedia - we advised it had been booked/ paid in Jan showing proof. 40 mins later they found a room after us complaining and we paid again. Expedia - can you contact me as we have paid twice and your virtual chat was no help whatsoever and we looked stranded at one point in not the safest part of the world. The assistant at the hotel was helpful enough, but the whole experience was a really poor one.
