Correct

Le séjour était correct. L'emplacement est idéal. Petit dej et dîner étaient bons mais déjeûner assez fade. Nous avons demandé une chambre au calme loin de la piscine, on nous a proposé une chambre basique avec une vue sur le toit et les paraboles... En revanche, le plus gros point négatif fut le comportement du personnel. Nous avons constaté une nette différence de traitement à notre encontre (nous sommes d'origine marocaine) par rapport à la clientèle étrangère, qui était mieux servie et systématiquement prioritaire. Merci de transmettre le message aux serveurs des restaurants et personnels de réception que chaque client doit faire l'objet du même traitement.

Un hôtel mal fini

Au niveau des points positifs : l'hôtel est très bien situé (20aine de minutes de l'aéroport, 15mins à pied de la place principal Jemaa El fna), nous avions pris la chambre avec jacuzzi ce qui est très agréable (quand il marche, mais le dépannage est rapide), le bar est très beau, l'espace extérieur très agréable avec les nombreux orangers dans le jardin. La salle de sport est correcte pour cardio comme muscu. Les diverses animations sont de qualité aléatoire, nous avons trouvé le violoniste inaudible mais le guitariste super. Ça commence à se gâter au niveau du service : les chambres ne sont pas très bien nettoyées (pas d'aspirateur pour les femmes de chambre qui font ce qu'elles peuvent), le service à table est horrible avec la plupart des serveurs (20minutes d'attente pour un verre d'eau...) heureusement Fatima a sauvé notre séjour et nous l'en remercions ! Les buffets sont très fournis mais le goût n'est pas vraiment au rendez vous (tout est fade, histoire de plaire au plus grand nombre, j'imagine) le pain est inmangeable, les réceptionnistes sont incapables de répondre aux questions les plus basiques, il n'y a pas de room service et nous avons moyennement apprécié la présence au dessus de nos têtes d'un bar qui se transforme en discothèque chaque soir de 22h à minuit... Et le matin c'est un grand déménagement de tables et chaises dès 8h...les cocktails en all inclusive sont médiocres... Le prix est donc globalement un peu élevé pour les prestations proposées...

Eden like Oasis!

I booked super last minute, late at night after my pre-booked Riad was, let’s say ‘sadly lacking’ I was charged over the package holiday rates given the above, which is to be expected. Great place, 95% relaxing. Jardins Majorelle were fully booked, but the hotel gardens are so like Eden I didn’t feel I lost much! Peacocks, Tortoises, BulBul birds, and a thousand and one Sparrows!

Hotel parfait à taille humaine. En plein centre de Marrakech Nourriture très bonne avec beaucoup de choix. Personnel très sympathique. Par contre au moment de la réservation si vous souhaitez une chambre ensoleillee avec balcon il faut le preciser. Je recommande fortement cet hôtel

Widerwärtiges Essen. Morgens, nachmittags und abends. Billige Qualität der Produkte. Jeden Tag des Selbe, es wurde nur farblich geänderte. Paprika rot, Paprika grün ... etc. Nur aufdringliche und alkoholisierte Gäste, die mit billig Alkohol abgefertigt wurden und damit zufrieden waren. Erbährmlichkeit in Höchstform. Würg!!!!!

Lovely hotel and location.

Lovely hotel, tastefully furnished, upgraded room to swim up which was a nice touch. Food delicious, lots of choice. As a coeliac do not trust the labelling as it wasn't always accurate. Better speaking to the head chef who was lovely. GF bread, pancakes and pasta were available on request. Staff great, location really good, did lots of steps but taxis readily available.Gym was well equipped and gradens beautiful. Perfect for a short winter break. Negative points were no green tea, and coke wasn't on tap so was quite flat.

Definitively, the place to be

I must say that we are completely of the same opinion as the majority of comments left here, this establishment is quite exceptional. Very clean, perfect location, excellent catering, nestled in an oasis of calm far from the hustle and bustle of the city, although located 10 minutes walk from Jemaa el Fna square, the staff are attentive and charming and finally, the hotel has a magnificent garden. Indeed, if your room is located in the immediate vicinity of the bar, the music can be heard but the festivities stop at 11 p.m., which is actually quite early when you consider that it is a hotel for tourists. As French people, we noticed that the evenings are geared towards English customers, which ultimately seems quite logical since they seem to constitute the majority of visitors to the hotel. It was refreshing for us. In any case, we can only recommend this establishment to which we will impatiently return this year.

My First All inclusive.

This was my first time stopping at a all inclusive hotel holiday. my thoughts of our stay. 1. was met at the door with tea, biscuits and a song. 2. we where early so our bags where taken off us and we where let loose in the buffet lunch and bar. 3.The room was fantastic with a bed big enough to get lost in. 4.The whole place was very relaxed and welcoming, We never felt pressured to do anything or excluded. 5.The location to Marrakech and the local attractions was unbelievable, you could pop out to the Medina, souks or one of the parks and easy pop back for lunch. 6.Food and drink where great, plenty of choice and great service ( on my pool day my glass was never empty ). 7.I would go again.

Great facilities

Super friendly and helpful service. Reception staff are so helpful and nothing is to much trouble. Help wherever they can. Great choice of food. Great gym and pool area. Spa has a great list of treatments, well priced. The only thing is it says tennis court and we took all our tennis gear to find out it’s now paddle courts. Still a great facility. Heated pool is lovely for an evening swim. Meditation classes were lovely too.

Friendly warm welcome awaits you.

Highly recommend this hotel for a short break or a week’s holiday. From the moment you arrive the staff are on point and make you feel welcome. We had a suite room with swim up pool and wow, well worth the money. The all-inclusive deal is value for money. Overall the food, the staff and the facilities were all excellent and we would return.

Amazing location. Can't stress this enough! Also, convenient that it is all inclusive, makes meals a lot more efficient if you have a busy schedule planned! The gardens are pretty, and the swim up pool is a nice setup. I'm sure in warmer weather the property is glorious! We went in December. Cons: The Skybar is a little loud if you're trying to sleep, and we found 3 roaches in our room. LARGE roaches. Management took over an hour to come and kill one. I did book this hotel due to concern of cleanliness of the more favored traditional Riads, so that was a bummer. All in all, I'd probably stay again, due to the location and general atmosphere!
