The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back.

Tivemos um problema com ar condicionado, não havia controle no quarto para ligá-lo e logo foi resolvido. Tive problemas com o sinal do wifi, fraco de quase inexistente no quarto que ficamos. Café da manhã excelente, mas não demore para usufruir pois nem tudo é reposto. Estrutura externa excelente, otima piscina, Praia ótima,limpa, sem ondas e praticamente privativa.

Excelente acomodação! O cheking estava marcado para as 14 horas, mas chegamos a cidade às 6 da manhã, entrei em contato com o estabelecimento e foram muito solícitos, disseram que poderíamos ficar na área da piscina e fazer uso dos banheiros, detalhe estávamos com nossa bebê de 4 meses. O cheking foi adiantado para as 11 horas. O quarto estava bem limpinho, a cama enorme. Colocaram um bercinho para nossa bebê. O ar condicionado funcionava perfeitamente. O hotel é bonito, praia bonita e limpa, bem localizado, pé na areia. Equipe excelente, café da manhã maravilhoso. Tivemos que fazer um upgrade, pois o quarto standard não tem varanda e janela para estacionamento e fachada oeste, com sol a tarde toda. Os quartos com vista para o mar são os melhores. Confortável, porém antigo. Voltaria novamente.
