Allot of dining options within 500 m. 3 minutes to the beach. Excellent message’s on the beach. Pool area on the roof quiet and relaxing. Staff friendly and accommodating. Breakfast included, very nice.

Avis sur l'Hôtel Suites Mar Elena (Chambre 109) Nous avons séjourné à l'Hôtel Suites Mar Elena pendant 7 jours, et notre expérience a été très mitigée. Points positifs : Accueil : L'accueil à notre arrivée a été excellent, avec un personnel chaleureux et serviable. Grandeur de la chambre : La chambre 109 était spacieuse et confortable, ce qui est un vrai plus. Points négatifs : Service durant le séjour : Malheureusement, le service a été décevant, voire horrible à certains moments. La femme de ménage ne passait pas certains jours, et d'autres fois, elle enlevait des serviettes sans les remplacer (nous n'avions qu'une seule serviette pour deux personnes). Un jour, après être revenus de la piscine avec une serviette trempée, on nous a refusé une serviette de rechange. De plus, on nous a refusé une deuxième carte d'accès à la chambre, ce qui était très gênant puisque nous avions des horaires différents. Bruit : L'isolation acoustique est inexistante. Le bruit le soir et la nuit était si intense que nous devions dormir avec des bouchons d'oreilles. Petit déjeuner : Le petit déjeuner est très léger et peu nourrissant (quelques morceaux de pain de pâtisserie). Sur 3 jours, il n'y avait plus d'ustensiles, ce qui rendait le repas encore plus compliqué. Conclusion : Globalement, notre séjour a été décevant, surtout en ce qui concerne le service et le confort. Heureusement, Puerto Vallarta en lui-même a été une destination très accueillante et agréable, ce qui a sauvé notre vo

We had a room on the bottom floor. There were two dead roaches in the room when we got there. We found a live roach under the bed. The hot water in the bathroom did not turn on at all. The TV had a double visioned screen. There were no towels at all in the room so I had to go to the front desk to get them. The room was so musty smelling that we had to go to the store and buy air freshener just to make it through the night. We asked for a room transfer but were told there were none. We slept with the light on all night to keep an eye out/to discourage roaches coming out. They do offer a continental breakfast but to get that you have to wear a blue wristband that says "Breakfast" all day/night to get the breakfast the next morning. Seems unnecessary. Perhaps the other rooms are better but steer clear of floor level rooms!

I arrived and my room wasn’t available so I stayed at smaller room with two single beds and the next day I was moved to the best king size bed with balcony. José ( manager) is a very nice guy always vey helpful. Thank you. This hotel is for someone who wants to stay in PV and enjoy the culture.. not a fancy place that’s makes your experience even more enjoyable.

Not recommended

The property looked cute at first, nice courtyard, decorations, white and blue colour scheme. However, we did not enjoy our stay there. The bathroom didn't have any shampoo, shower gel, towels or hairdryer, and the tap was leaking and making noise 24/7. There was no blanket on the bed either (even though it's winter time and the nights get a bit chilly), the pillows were extremely uncomfortable and gave me a neck pain. The single pane window let all the noise from the street in, so this, coupled with really bad pillows and no blanket, ensured that a restful sleep was out of question. The wifi was really patchy, coming on and off all the time, which was really annoying. They also wanted to take a security deposit in cash, which is a practice I haven't seen in years, if not a decade, and we do travel a lot. So, overall, we do not recommend this hotel.

It is a close walk to the beach. It isnt that far to go to the shopping and watch fireworks . Uber was amazing. The room cleaning people where rude. Expect a wow factor.

They didn’t have blankets for the room. Breakfast was very limited. Coffee was terrible. The bathroom didn’t have an exhaust at all. The staff made me run to the room to bring back remotes on check out and didn’t even know my keys won’t work. It was not worth the money I spent.

Great staff they work around the clock and very polite. Close to the beach, just a short 3 minutes walk to the beach, cab 🚕 in front of the hotel. Nice and clean.
