Very disappointing

My sheet had a brown stain about 18" long. Looked disturbingly like poop. When l asked to have the sheet changed they handed me a folded sheet and said here's your sheet. With disbelief l asked her to change it and she told me she didn't know how. What??? The tv had a wide black stripe running thru it that they could not rectify. I asked them to discount my room and they told me they could not as l had booked thru a 3rd party. They did not even apologize. Beds were also very uncomfortable. I rarely write bad critiques, but when they told me to change my own sheets they pushed me over the edge.

All good, affordable, great location, comfortable beds, The only downside is that it was probably not no-smoking before and has not been renovated since - so for a non-smoker - the smell is there.

Not satisfied

we asked for a non smoking room, once we arrived in the room. It smelled of smoke and had a real bad musty smell. The moisture and musty smell was irritating my wifes lungs and causing deep coughing. After 2 hours of trying to adapt, we couldn’t take the air environment of decided to check out and leave. Please refund our money!!!
