It is what it is… One of the most affordable rooms in the city. A live music honky tonk below you. A historic dive bar with culture and character. A hostel level of service, but it’s all about expectations. It’s a funky, cheap, clean, historic hotel with shared bathrooms, but I kinda dig it.

This property has tons of potential. Unfortunately, at $50 a night when everyone else around was charging north of $1000 this place just doesn’t have the money to reinvest in itself.
