The room and bathroom were nothing like the photos online. Mould on the walls, no hotwater at the bathroom basin. Very poor condition and unsure how it can be allowed to house guests. Having travelled worldwide including 3rd world countries, it rates as one of the worst night's accommodation I've ever had

Cockroaches, mosquitoes and a horrible smell was in the room. Air conditioner didn’t work properly. It was the worst room I ever seen, I ended up not staying the night and drove somewhere else.

This property should not be on the market. The regulators should shut it down for sanitary reasons. It's so dirty and stinky, I couldn't even touch anything in it and left immediately. The owners promised refund, by Expedia can't even get in touch with him. Very dodgy place. I can't belittle believe that such places even exist in Australia with all these rules and regulators.
