Very unique and exquisite property. Excellent coffee and food. Very clean except the shower is rusty/worn like every other mexican washroom. Far from all the shopping/dining. Amazing wifi service. The bed is hatd byt the sun lounging is amazing!!

This is an exquisite hotel, the best I’ve stayed at in Tulum. The rooms are luxurious, spacious, and are situated in a beautiful jungle-like setting just steps from the most perfect beach. The beach club is magical, and the beach is one of the best I’ve ever experienced in Mexico. Truly a gem of a hotel, and I can’t wait to come back again. Highly recommended!

Very disappointed with our experience. They constantly found ways to add extra charges. When we returned to our room after breakfast, they treated us as if we weren’t even guests. On top of that, they charged us for self-tanner on the sheets, even though it washed out. Overall, a frustrating and unpleasant stay.

Our stay in the Orchid Master suite was well worth the spend, the room and private rooftop plunge pool were incredible and as luxurious as advertised. The beach was nice and staff were friendly and accomodating, however it is not adults only as advertised and there were lots of families/children given day passes to the beach. There is also a festival sized beach club down the road which blasts loud music until 1am, so don’t expect to sleep before this time. It is a little removed from other restaurants/shops and the in-hotel dining stops at 6:30pm, so we’d recommend eating early or planning ahead so you aren’t wandering the beach or the main road (which has no footpaths) at night for food options. There are also limited transport options to and from the property, and shuttles to and from Tulum or Cancun are very expensive.

I enjoyed my stay overall and would book again. I don’t agree that this is a 5-star hotel but would rate it a strong 3-stars. The restaurant should stay open later than 6pm (on the weekends) and there should be 24-hour concierge to help with things like calling taxis, etc. The hotel is located in an area that is very dark at night so walking to/from bars is not advised if you’re alone. I was pleasantly surprised to not have any issues with bugs in the room considering we’re surrounded by the jungle. The property was well maintained and has a cozy beach club to lounge during the day.

Lovely stay right on the beach. Our room had a roof with a jacuzzi. Days are spend strolling on the fine white sand. Restaurant menu offers a good choice of tasteful food and cocktails.

Intament stay with great drinks, food and staff. Private beach! You can pay for daily access if you are not a guest. We stayed 4 nights in Cambria 1, which is the room right on the beach. WOW! We were very happy with our choice as this was our first time staying right on the beach. The room has a balcony with an ocean view that is amazing, cold plunge pool, hamock, chairs, and a table. We couldn't believe how great it was! The staff completed the experience and atmosphere with amazing service. We thought the coffee and food were delicious and reasonably priced. Passion in the jungle was our go-to beverage of the week and is a must try here, tequila with fresh watermelon and passion fruit! During our stay we for breakfast, we had the hotcakes, scrambled eggs with bacon and ham and cheese omlet. For dinner, we enjoyed the chicken tacos and quesadilla. All the food was terrific with great flavor and well portioned. Things to know: There was no tv in the room and in our opinion who cares didn't need one or miss it! Wifi worked well during our stay. The shower and sink water seemed to be filtere sea water, so make sure you have plenty of bottled water. They do supply you some in the room each day. Things in reviews we feel differently about: We felt safe the entire time and frequently left our shoes, sandles, and clothes outside and never had an issue with anything getting stolen. The staff NEVER tried to steal our money and went out of their way to explain and answer all of o
