This property was probably once incredible but it needs re-investment by its owners. I get it, hotels are expensive in Santa Fe so you can charge what you can get, but it would be nice to pay the going rate and also get, like a (fake) fireplace that still works, tub jets that still work, etc.

Santa Fe isn’t cheap, but this place was a good value with all positive aspects. Staff was very personable and helpful. Breakfast was top notch. The room was clean and very nice. All rooms are unique and amenities were wonderful. Didn’t cut corners. Would recommend to everyone and would gladly stay there again should I ever return to the area.

Hidden gem. Quaint little mom and pop hotel. Very friendly and helpful proprietors. Customer service excellent. More like a BnB than hotel. A little hard to find but worth it. Quiet in neighborhood and walking distance to DT square, art museums and restaurants. Would stay again.

Great first experience

The gentleman at the front desk was super nice, very informative, and gracious considering I was a late check-in. He had already turned the heat on in my room and walked me to my room to show me all the various features. The shower did but have the best water pressure but was nice over all. The bed was a little too soft, but that's a personal preference.
