6/10 不错

Bed was very soft. The room was clean and the care taker was very helpful. The area was safe but very depressed. Was not what I expected for such a tourist spot. Would not walk the area at night. Found a great wine bar Wine on Third and the Craft kitchen for places to grab a bite.

We had a very nice stay. Place is immaculate, the bathrooms looked very clean, the accessories they left for us were very generous and the host was always available. The bed was quite comfortable, too. Very highly recommend Little Italy BnB, and we would stay there again anytime.

The location of the property is adjacent to an area that appears very suspicious. We did not feel safe parking our vehicle and therefore decided not to stay for the night.

Just spent the holiday weekend at this charming bed and breakfast. I loved the private parking and the access to a full kitchen. The room itself was perfect. It had a comfortable bed and it's own bathroom with two sinks! It's located just 5 minutes from Niagara State Park. We were able to keep food in the refrigerator and cook something up when hungry. The owner is on premises and able to answer any questions you may have. Overall I loved staying here and would highly recommend staying here when visiting the Niagara Falls area.

This was a very quaint place. Clean, peaceful, temperature was comfortable, bed was wonderfully comfortable, and had all of the amenities we needed for a one night stay. I would book this BnB again!

2/10 较差

I couldn’t be more disappointed with this B&B, and honestly, I don’t even know where to begin. This was by far one of the worst accommodations I have ever experienced. The bed was absolutely terrible. It felt like sleeping in a hole, the mattress sank down as soon as you lay on it, making it extremely uncomfortable. While the bed itself appeared clean, the room overall did not feel clean, especially the bathroom. There were only two towels provided for two people, which is simply not enough. The listing advertises breakfast, but I would hardly call what was provided breakfast. There were some cereal options and a few bananas, and if you wanted something more substantial, you could cook your own eggs. You were then expected to clean everything and put it away yourself. This felt more like being given access to a kitchen than having breakfast provided. Parking was another major issue. If you have a larger vehicle, the parking spaces behind the house are extremely tight and difficult to maneuver in. The walls are incredibly thin, so you can hear practically everything. We were woken up multiple times by people walking around in the room above us. The noise was so loud that it felt as though they were right in our room. The house itself also has an unpleasant smell that you notice throughout the property. There was no coffee or tea available for guests to help themselves to, and we were told that we couldn’t make noise after 10 p.m.

Quiet, peaceful, charming bed and breakfast, close to Niagara Falls, yet away from the tourist crowds. Self-serve breakfast in shared kitchen was convenient. Great value. Kind host.
