My partner and I booked this hotel because of the cool rooms, great pictures and perfect location to the beach. When I read the reviews I didn’t think it would be as bad as many people said.. Bad things - Broken bathtub. - Broken sink. - Broken shower. - Smelly toilet. - No duvet. - No house cleaning. - No information when we checked in. - No help when we told about the broken facilities in the bathroom. - Poor lighting. - Dark room with a small window. - Entrance was located inside and parking house. Good things: - Location. But there are soooo many better places to stay in Haeundae. Please make a reservation another place.

프리미엄룸을 예약했는데, 내가 예약한 방보다 낮은 Grade 의 디럭스 방을 줌. 다시 내려가서 항의했더니 내가 예약한 방은 빈방없다고 그때서야 차액 되돌려받음. 시설은 완전 4-5만원 정도의 안좋은 모텔수준. 들어가자 마자 습기와 담배쩐내, 춥고 전기담요는 있으나 작동 안되고, 특히 침구는 여인숙 수준이라 살에 닿기도 싫음. 샤워실 내 샤워기 걸이 및 아무것도 없어 샤워기조차 바닥에 내려놓고 해야함. 왠만하면 돈 더 보태서 다른데 가시길.

여행 중 다신 가고싶지않은 호텔

웬만하면 이런 후기글을 잘안쓰지만 이 글을 보시고 저같은분이 안나오길 바라며 씁니다. 일단 첫 방배정부터 남이 사용하고있는 방을 배정해주질 않나..카운터직원의 사과와 다시 다른방을 배정받았지만 청결도 상당히 심각했습니다. 정말 제가 여태 다녀본 호텔 중에 최악이네요.

해운대에 숙박할 떄마다 자주 묵는 곳인데, 깔끔하고 직원분들도 친절하시고 특히 욕조가 커서 너무 좋아요! 성인 두 사람이 들어가도 공간이 남을 정도로 큽니다 : ) 그리고 무엇보다도 호텔 위치가 정말 좋아요! 해운대 해수욕장까지 걸어서 5분도 안걸리는 위치니까, 정말 최고!

해운대에서 가까워서 걸어가기 편하고, 전체적으로 깔끔하게 챙겨주십니다. 또 방마다 테마가있고 이뻐요...ㅎㅎ 대신 방안에서 욕조가 보이는 형식이라 어색한 사이에는 부담스러울수가있어요...;; 그것말고는 가격대비 예쁘고 깔끔한 방에서 보낸거 같아 전체적으로 만족스럽습니다.

객실 예약시 나와있던 것처럼 해변이 보이는 전망의 방이 아니었고, 또한 예약시 객실을 직접 선택하는 시스템이 아니어서 체크인 할때 보게된 방은 만족스럽지 않았으나, 이러한 내용을 호텔측에서 인지하여 다음날 바로 다른 방으로 교체해 주신점이 좋았음.

Nice hotel near the beach and train station.

The staying at hotel was a surprisingly pleasant experience. My significant other and I stayed in a suite for 2 nights. The suite was roomy and comfortable. There was a large TV mounted on the wall along with two computers with internet access. The bathroom included a hot tub, waterfall shower head, two sinks and high tech toilet. The water pressure was fine. One downside was that the air conditioning was not functioning during the time of our stay. Luckily the weather was cool enough to keep the room at a comfortable temperature. The walk to the beach is less than 5 mins and the aquarium and metro are equally close. Having a hotel by haeundae is nice especially if you're a night owl. The night life by the beach is very eclectic and has something for everyone. It's very peaceful, fun, and exciting. The staff was responsive and we did not have very many complaints. The price point was a bit steep during peak season but its only fair since most hotels in area were already reserved. Its a small hotel compared to some of the luxury hotels in the area; however, all things considered I would definitely not mind coming back here for the next time I visit Busan.
