SCAM!

I'm pretty sure I got scammed. This booking showed up with decent reviews and was much cheaper than a number of other hotels of the same quality, so I booked them. Then a week before I was supposed to stay they give me a vague reason of why they could no longer accomodate me. They said they would give me a refund within 7-10 days, but that has passed and I still have not gotten my money back.

Poor stay

There is no lobby. They make you check in through the night time window. The lady who checked me in was polite as a porcupine cornered. Then I was severely told to keep the room clean. There was no housekeeping during my stay. The morning I left the only trash receptacle outside was overflowing so I took my trash home. There was only sheets and comforter on the beds. It was cold so I had to take the comforter off the other bed to be warm. The bathroom had liquid soap but it was so watered down.

The room we got the toilet made water noise the whole time we tried to address but no one fixed it. There was a very sweet lady that works there that we spoke to and she tried to be helpful but it's impossible for her to keep up with the whole property. The tv remote didn't work the nice lady came and fixed it but then it stopped working again but we didn't want to keep calling her. Th3 rooms have no telephone just the phone number of the location so when you call she answers. The location is not as close to Daytona Speedway as advertised and overall the property is in disrepair.

A fuir! Nous sommes arrivés vers 22h, nous sonnons pour que quelqu'un vienne nous ouvrir, on nous parle derrière une vitre, on indique et montre notre réservation, on nous répondons qu'ils ne prennent pas les réservations que le motel est complet et il s'en va.... On resonne une dame vient toujours derrière la vitre, elle prend nos passeports et nous trouve une chambre. Elle nous informé environ 10 fois que le Check Out est a 10h. La chambre sent l'humidité, les serviettes de bains sont humides, la salle de bain est sale. Inspection du lit.... Des taches jaunes marrons partout, des miettes de gâteaux, du ketchup ou une autre sauce rouge. On a demandé de changé nos draps, le monsieur a la réception nous a dit de frappé a une chambre et de voir avec la dame qui dort la bas (la femme de ménage), personne peut agréable. Je pense qu'elle ne sait pas ce que veut dire le mot ménage ...

This establishment was horrendous. Best to avoid. Check-in was a dehumanizing process behind a glass screen, passing slips of paper through an awkward pinhole, exposed to the elements. Guests are not allowed into the lobby, which should have been my first clue that this establishment is quite scornful of and unwelcoming to its guests. The room was not the cleanest when we arrived, but we felt we could live with it for the night. We discovered grass spurs in the bath towels. Later, we were awoken at 3 AM that night with at least four insects crawling all over us in the bed. These were not the kind of insects that one would want visiting their rest, and they left my partner with large, itchy bites. We documented our uninvited guests and their bites to show the staff. When we brought our uncomfortable night to the attention of the staff at check out, seeking some kind of compensation or contrition, we were humiliated by their response. They made us feel mocked and abused by actually laughing at us. I could not recommend this establishment any less.

Rooms clean. Old and outdated. Smells like mold. I got locked out my room accidentally while my packing my car for check out. The owner was rude and didn't want to give me access to the room that still had most of my belongings inside including my wallet and phone. She are gied with me for 15 minutes instead of understanding how i got locked out and heloung hwr customer who already paid.
