Our room was in the third building out. Rooms was tight to move around in. One desk with chair, one end table, one other chair with no end table. Bath exhaust fan was LOUD, bearings are failing. Tub drained slow so you were standing in water. Shower head pointed towards the wall. Complimentary coffee but it was two three buildings away. NO breakfast - not even pastries.
Staff gets 5 stars - very accommodating. WiFi was GOOD - no issues with that. Prices are high. Going into Jackson is very crowded, we gave up trying to get to find parking so we could dine. Also, many restaurants show dinner prices as $50.00 - $100.00. Even a burger was as high as $20.00 - NO burger is worth $20.00. Gas prices for 87 oct push $4.00. At Flat Creek it's $4.19 with employees getting a 20% discount which means they are paying $3.30 per gal. This reeks of price gouging to tourist. We were here to tour Grand Teton. Now we've seen it - no need to come back. When it comes to hotels - NOBODY can beat Drury Inn & Suites. Breakfast AND dinner buffet, beautiful rooms and all for a price much cheaper than other hotel chains.
