The place was okay, but one of my issues was when I walked around in my socks. The floor was super dirty. I asked my friend who was in another room and he had the same issue. Both of us had dust and dirt on our socks. So they can definitely clean the floors. A little bit better rooms were a little small.But if it wasn't for the dust on our socks, I would have gave them a better review

Internet com problemas.... Apoio insuficiente na limpeza do quarto, apareceram para arrumar as 17:30. Serviço e qualidade do restaurante abaixo do esperado, erraram o pedido. Conseguiram fazer um sanduiche de pão de forma, com a tampa (primeira e última fatia da embalagem), demonstrando um total despreparo e falta de profissionalismo. Checkout com a adição de produtos do restaurante, que não consumidos. Café da manhã caótico!!! mais pessoas do que mesas.... Precisa melhorar.....

Não tenho reclamações do quarto, apesar da cama ser um pouco dura. O que deixa a desejar é que o restaurante no café da manhã é lotado e não comporta a quantidade de hóspedes... não consegui mesa nos 3 dias que estive lá.... somente no quarto dia consegui uma mesa... tomei café no bar do hotel. O estacionamento é um caos e o carro demora muito a vir.
