Our stays at the Brockton are always great. The breakfast is lovely, sets you up for the day. Nothing is too much trouble for Phil or his wife. Would highly recommend you stay 😊

It was in a great location for the sea front and town. Breakfast was wonderful with bacon and sausages sourced from local shops. Evening bar prices were very good and had some stimulating chats and generally as hosts excellent.

Lovely stay in Bridlington

A wonderful stay in Bridlington. Very comfortable and great breakfasts. Phil and Kate were very friendly and helpful and made our stay a really enjoyable experience. Great value for money and so close to the beach. Very much recommended.

Considering what b&b hotels are experiencing this was a comfortable stay and the breakfast for fast & efficient by the owners.Parking is easy in the Avenue outside and the hotel located for an easy walk into Bridlington.

Proper Seaside Holiday Accommodation

We arrived on a busy Saturday afternoon in our 1936 Riley. All the parking spaces were occupied. The landlord moved his own car further away so we could park our car so it could be seen from our room. The breakfasts were good. An altogether comfortable stay.
