This hotel is safe and clean place to stop on a trip with a reasonable breakfast. The staff are nice and helpful. The lift was out when we stayed so not pleased to carry cases up stairs but they did find a second floor room to replace our third floor one.

When we arrived we was informed that they had a broken pipe and the elevator was broken. They did offer to change our room from the 3rd to 2nd floor. They said they were going to refund the difference of the 2 rooms. I never received the credit. The rooms were nice. Breakfast wasn't early enough for us to get because of our conference

Tulsa overnighter

First off, we were happy to find a place that welcomes pets as we have a small schnoodle traveling with us. The lobby was nice and updated. Michelle at the desk was very kind and offered our dog a treat! Breakfast was decent and clean. However, they need housekeeping staff. Hallways and stairs need vacuuming. The size of our hotel room was nice but the carpet needs cleaning or better yet, replacing. Housekeeping staff left us with just one coffee cup, one garbage can and a pillowcase in the sink. The bathroom was nice but needs better lighting. Location to the interstate was great. They also need someone to take care of the grounds. Garbage from workers was left all over the place along with bottles and cigarette butts. This place has a lot of potential.

Was put in the noisiest room on the first floor next to the exit. Constantly heard doors slamming from people coming and going. Draft from outside moved my door so it sounded like someone was breaking in. The front desk staff weren’t very friendly. Subpar breakfast restocking. Super super small gym.

Be Wary

I would not stay at this location ever again. I stayed one night while traveling home with my two dogs. The pet fee is $34 per pet per night, not $20 like it says on this website. Walking into the establishment, it has obviously not been kept up very well. This observation was solidified the further I went into the hotel. The stairwells and hallways had a smell, and there were wall plug-in fragrances lying on the ground not in use. When I got into my room, it was disgusting. There was black mold in the shower, and tiles were cracked in on the floor and shower walls. Grout was missing from the tiles completely in some areas. The pull away couch smelled and was visibly worn and stained. The carpet in my room was visibly stained. I did not want to take my shoes off and shower. Everything was stained, smelly, and gross. Outside while letting my dogs go to the restroom, I had to be careful where I let them walk. There was broken glass, beer bottles, and liquor bottles shattered in the landscaping and grass in the front of the hotel and its other sides. I could not believe the state of this establishment for the price. If I'm paying $100 a night plus $60 for my pets, I want to feel comfortable using the facilities and taking my shoes off.

Not kept up well. Had to ask for coffee for breakfast. Had to go to front desk and ask. Shower curtain didn’t reach the tub so water went on floor. Cracks in tile in shot. Spots on carpet. Definitely needs some work

I understand some things may be out of the control of the property manager, such as updates and new pillows, utensils, carpet, filters, policies, etc.. so I will review the controllables. The lobby, halls, and elevators were kept very clean. Provided breakfast had your standard options which were fine, excluding the empty coffee both times I tried to get some. Breakfast is 3hrs long so that’s a plus! The room we booked was not available so we were upgraded before arriving, which was kind of the team. However, the filters on the A/C unit were very dirty and even set to 67, the room would barely cool down. The dishes in the upgraded room were dirty with crusted food from a previous guest, ice trays still filled in the freezer, and ice bucket filled with water still. The door to the room would fling open and bang the wall super loud, I know the neighbors heard it. I’m genuinely surprised it didn’t damage the wall, most doors have a soft open/close mechanism. Our room key would not unlock the side door of the hotel even though there was a place to scan a key. Our room keys were also shut off more than 30 minutes prior to checkout, making the multiple trips to load the car difficult. $30/night for a pet fee would be fine had we received daily housekeeping…but we didn’t. Ice machine on 3rd floor was completely out of ice the whole time. The staff was efficient, which I appreciate. You get what you pay for. Would not choose to stay again but it was okay for a last minute booking.
