A mixed bag

Finding the hotel was easy, parking was a breeze. Staff upon check in were excellent, friendly, helpful and fast. The room was well sized and clean with a comfortable bathroom and amenities. I believe the thermostat on the wall was broken. The temperature was set on 69 degree but the room temp was over 80 and cooking is, even changing to cool and dropping the temp further didn’t help. On top of that the actual heater sounded like a group of plastic bags being rubbed together., so turning it off was the only option, which left the room sweltering hot for majority of the night. Other than that the room was great, just no much sleep. I would like to assume it was only our room with the noisey broken heater. So long as you get another room you should enjoy your stay.

The room was clean. However, there were no darkening shades in the room. Light from the outside disturbed my sleep. The breakfast was inadequate. Biscuits were hard and no eggs.

Disgusting!

Very run down hotel. Thermostat did not work properly so temp range was six degrees and no ability to turn off fan as air blows right onto bed. Bathroom shower disgusting - hair and debris in drain and was clogged so you showered with water backing up. TV did not work. Tear it down and start over. This place got great reviews but they had to be fake.

We chose this place specifically to swim. Unfortunately we didn’t find out that the pool was closed until checking in. So if anyone wants to enjoy the pool. This is not the place. Kids were disappointed. Please update information to notify of pool closure.

The stay was overall good. Was disappointed in the breakfast choices, the closed pool and bad water temperature/ pressure. The service was excellent though, i needed help with the cooling of the room and they came to the room and fixed it.

Nothing worked rude staff upon checking in

This place was a joke. I had requested a first floor room one because i am traveling with my 3 year old grandson and2 my boyfriend has health issues that make any walking distance difficult. When i went to check in the night host said that there were no ground floor rooms that we would be on the 3rd floor. I told the host checking me in to be prepared for complaints, my grandson is a husky boy full of energy and the people below our room will definitely be making a complaint. My grandson sounds like a hears of Buffalo when he is running back and forth. Amazing all of a sudden a first floor unit became available. So from the start the host lied directly to my face. And get this , the room was for handicap people. 2. The bed frame and boxspring were not lined up, the bedframe was sticking out about 6 inches. I found out because i hit it with my shin. I now have a huge bruise on my leg. After that the remote to the tv did not work. I asked if someone in maintenance could take a look at it. That never happened, instead I was given another broken remote, we basically got 3 stations at best. And finish the stay off , the frige did not work. I was told by the hostess that the hotel is eco frindly, oh one last thing on the door when you rub the key card to open the door, that part kept falling off the door. So basically it was without a doubt the very worst place i ever stayed. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
