Wonderful stay even after a rough start

Los Tules is a wonderful resort with large grounds and a great variety of vegetation and wild creatures. The resort is located right on the ocean front but also has several lovely well maintained pools. There is only one restaurant but it is very good. Our stay would have been excellent except that the 8 young fellows in the next room were intent upon partying with loud music and shouting until 3:30 AM. We complained to thee management and the next day the hotel had a stern talk with the young guys and they stopped the bad behaviour at night so we were able to get good sleep for the remaining nights.

Great stay, and the property made checkin and and checkout quick and easy. There is only one restaurant and they take a very long time to serve the food but it's very convenient so we dealt with it.

Hidden gem in Puerto Vallarta

Serene, apartment hotel right on the beach. Loved the low density, coconut tree filled property, large beach front and uncrowded pools compared to the all-inclusive resorts next door. Highly recommend!

We had a great stay at los tules. Loved the spacious room and the friendly staff. Kitchen and room/bathroom had all the basics. Kids loved all the pools (especially the deeper one and the one by the restaurant) and the beautiful property. We saw iguanas and lizards and lots of birds. Great location to go to the beach or town or the mall across the street for groceries. There is also lots of restaurants nearby. Staff were pleasant and helpful! Quiet place - seemed to be mostly families or retirees. Margaritas and other drinks/food from the onsite restaurant were great as well! This hotel seemed to have the most beachfront and biggest grounds compared to hotels nearby!

El lugar es muy bonito y bien ubicado, pero le falta mantenimiento a las villas y uba modernización (aún usan llaves en gez de rarjetas electrónicas) por lo que solo una persona puede tener la llave. Estan cortos de personal, botones y servicios. En restaurante la comida es buena y su personal sobresale por su amabilidad

Muy buena opcion para viajes familiares en grupo

Rentamos 2 unidades grandes, ambas muy diferentes. La primera con salida directa del balcón a la alberca, buenas condiciones en general, mobiliario, decoración y equipamiento bien mantenidas aunque un poco antiguas (probablemente de la misma edad que la villa). La segunda unidad estaba súper: decoración actualizada, servicios funcionales, preciosa vista desde su terraza super bien equipada. En ambas villas la limpieza fue la esperada.
