旁边就是地铁站，非常方便！而且地铁就在床边经过不注意都听不到什么声音，隔音很好！条件很好，早餐也不错！性价比较高。到机场也很方便，十几分钟。

The front desk person do not speak English. There were water drop at the lobby. The fish floor hallway had a big hole were covered by a wooden board for their fixing the pipeline underneath the floor. The hallway was totally dark and illuminated by a sensor to turn on the light. The room has smell since it were closed for a long time.

Das Hotel liegt zwischen einer viel befahren Straße und der U Bahn.Sehr freundliches Personal und wirklich gutes Frühstück.Die Zimmer sind sauber aber schön sehr alt und schlicht.Der Minifernsehen ist der einzige"Luxus".Kleine Dusche und sehr weiche Matratzen.Wir hatten erst ein Zimmer in dem die Matratze auch noch durchgelegen war.Auf Nachfrage hat man uns ein anderes Zimmer bekommen.

Wir waren zum zweiten Mal im Central-Hotel Tegel und sind sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, das Frühstück gut und reichlich und die Verkehrsanbindung günstig.

When I arrived the elevator wasn't working, I had to carry my luggage up to the 4th floor with no help from the front desk. I wouldn't recommend that hotel to anyone. It's scary. The night shift attendant was very rude to me when I asked him for a water fountain. He told me "there's water in the bathroom." That's not a good place to stay.

I had a disappointing stay at this hotel. First, the lift was out of order for two days, which was extremely inconvenient, especially since I was staying on the 4th floor. Despite raising the issue, nothing was done to resolve it, and at check-out, no one even asked how my stay was. Very poor customer service. The real issue came with a housekeeping staff member. Around 10:00 am, as I was opening my door, she approached me and asked if I wanted my room serviced. I politely requested that she return later as I needed time to get ready. She responded very disrespectfully, chewing gum, and said in German (which I understood) that it had to be done now or not at all. I only needed new towels, so I went inside to gather the used ones. Without asking for permission, she entered my room, emptied the bin, and handed me two new towels while I gave her mine. To make matters worse, one of the towels had hair all over it, which is both unhygienic and unacceptable. I left my room around 10:30 am, so there was still plenty of time for housekeeping to return later, but her insistence on cleaning at that moment, paired with her rude attitude, was completely unnecessary. Additionally, my room was located in a very noisy area, making it hard to rest. There was also no hairdryer, which I found strange for a hotel. I won't be returning or recommending this hotel to anyone.
