Rooms wasnt clean. Stuff under the bed. Tv couldnt turn chanels or look at the tv guide. Power button n volume was the only thing that worked. Balcony screen door and door wouldnt lock. Carpet needed a good vacum. Smoke detector wasnt attacked n working. The plug in for the wall was coming out some. When we called about the tv to front desk she told us someone will be right there but no one showed up. Halls in the wall. Stuff splatter on the wall in bathroom. Hot tub was out of order. Pool area needed work. Pool wasnt bad went up to 10ft. Walls r thin. Worst hotel room I ever stayed in.
