It’s not The Plaza, but so what. It’s clean, everyone is friendly, and the property is beautiful! The lake view is fantastic, and great bars and restaurants nearby. We’ll be back next year!

The Hotel stay was GREAT, the service desk person Gary was awesome. The room was cozy and clean as well. Enjoyed the stay we booked three rooms for family, was there to go to my son's wedding. Nice place to visit!!!

Beautiful view of river. Nice room and lobby. Convenient to the concert venue we were attending. A few more pillows would have been great and the a/c really was working hard so it wasn't as cool as I like it. But room was clean and lobby and check in was great!

Had so much potential but disappointed

Great location, reasonable price. Potentially a nice cute little tidy, attractive room. Owner had good communication the days leading up to our stay. Estimated between 16-20 rooms, all with balconies overlooking the Fox River waterfront. However, the room smelled like diapers (we think it was the A/C unit) and the end of the corridor smelled like cat urine covered by many chemicals. The bathroom exhaust fan hardly did anything to move air around (steamy) and there was mold on the ceiling and wall of the shower area. The water smelled bad and stayed on our bodies into the day... my wife has light brown stains in her white hair. The outer door was never locked the 4 days we were there, day or night, and they do not have a night desk person. We would have complained and/or switched hotels but we were there for a very busy nearby convention and changing everything up would have created upheaval.

This spot was great for what I needed. I was in the area for an event and the Waterfront was only 15 mns away. Its right along Fox River and has a great view and a spacious property. Not much in the immediate area though. There's a diner around the bend and a dive bar/restaurant about 5 mns drive, and thats it, everything else is much further away. Loved the balcony from my room with the view of the river. Clean room, bed, and bathroom. The man at the front desk was nice when he checked me in. No complaints.
