The room was comfortable but needs updating Beds were comfortable, except the pillows were a bit flat and no extra ones were in the room, not a big deal in the whole skeem of things. Value for money though. It does need a good make over but you get what you pay for. I would stay there again.

The rooms were meant to have soundproofing but the people staying above us sounded like they were jumping on the floor until late at night and then again early in the morning, making sleeping difficult, parking was great and checkin instructions were great and the room was clean, bed was hard and uncomfortable. It was easily accessible to the things we needed in Ballarat.
