Minha experiência foi excelente, desfrutando de 6 (seis) diárias no hotel. Fui muito bem recebido desde a minha chegada até a minha saída. Funcionários muito atenciosos e prestativos. Café da manhã com muitas variedades. O local é muito bem localizado no centro de Nova Friburgo. A minha experiencia junto ao hotel foi boa! O atendimento dos funcionarios é exelente, são prestativos e educados :) O cafe da manha possuía uma variedade de bolos deliciosos e varias outras opcoes bem gostosas; o quarto era bem confortável. O que deixou a desejar: o chuveiro não era a gás, por isso, para deixar a agua bem quentinha, era preciso quase que fechar o chuveiro e nao havia um porta sabonete no box.

Minha estadia foi muito boa! Quarto espaçoso, hotel limpo, um bom café-da-manhã e o pessoal de recepção são muito educados e prestativos. Porém, fiquei no chalé 407 e a acústica do quarto é péssima! Você escuta tudo... tudo mesmo! Para quem tem o sono leve é um transtorno sério. O piso de madeira faz barulho e parece que vai afundar. Além de você ver as pessoas da parte de baixo pelos furinhos que tem no piso.
