Outdated; zero coffee anywhere, jacuzzi tub did not function. Would have been a great stay in 1975.

Comfortable bed and secure rooms. Could be cleaner. Failed the white sock test. Their website stated voffee maker in each room but there is none. When approaching the front desk about it they just shook their head and shrugged their shoulders. My husband is handicapped and the staff seeing this offered to help me get my things into the room. There is plenty of places to eat around it and the Fairgrounds is very close to the motel. All around comfortable stay for the money.

Check in was a breeze. The room was big with a microwave and small refrigerator. Check out was also easy. No breakfast.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Do not stay here. Rooms were not clean at all. Human hair everywhere, bed sheets stained, sticky floors and fridge leaked. And got charge twice, so I now have to jump through the hoops to get money back... That Expedia wants to charge me $150 to get back... I will never us Expedia again either... I try to fill a clam cause I paid for protection, but the website is not working.... what a bunch of crooks!

Is getting eaten alive by bedbugs your dream vacation? If so, then this is the place for you! Do you love when your concerns are raised with The front desk that you are yelled at and Told you will be charged for smoking in the room when you don’t even smoke? Then look no further because the Royal Motel is your kind of place.

Me and my wife have stayed here plenty of times before last time we were there was in 2010 and it was great this time went to go check in and first room had blood stains on pillow case and the whole was dirty the second room was the same as being dirty so decided not to stay and had to to find other hotel after driving 12 hours

Hair in wrinkled sheets, door jam and security lock missing, disgusting dirty toilet, overall filthy room. DO NOT RECOMMEND
