The Trevi Palace Hotel is a small family owned boutique hotel that is centrally located to many of Rome’s famous sites. The staff is outstanding! Martino works days and will help you with planning all the activities you want experience, along with some ideas he thinks you’d enjoy. He’ll plot out your day/night experiences on a map of the city. Kristela works the late afternoon and night shift and will do anything to make sure you feel safe & and have a fun night life. I highly recommend this hotel in Rome!

Premier séjour à Rome au Trévi Palace Hôtel et nous avons été très satisfait à la fois de sa localisation proche de la fontaine de Trévi, du colisée, à seulement 20 minutes à pied de la gare Termini. Nous avons apprécié aussi, la gentillesse et la bienveillance du personnel. Le petit déjeuner est copieux, varié et service au top Je recommande vivement cet établissement !!

Centrally located from most of the main tourist sites, it is only about a 10-15 minute to most of them. Safe neighborhood and rooms are secure. Burger King is next door. We never had breakfast there since it was a little expensive and just ate at a local cafe instead. Staff was friendly and helpful.

The location was good. Lack lustre with no view of anything but the street….but in a good location for walking to Trevi. The room I was in was more of a seperate entity and actually down the street from the office. It was an unmarked door that appeared to be in more of an apartment building than part of the actual hotel. It was odd. When I first arrived I had no hot water and no wifi. A quick visit to the office and the lady at the front had it all fixed within a few hours. The room itself was large and spacious. No extras were given (not even bottled water). I am not sure for the price I paid that I would stay again. There are a few other hotels a block over that seemed to be a better value.

We stayed in the annex because they were suppose to be larger and less stairs but the rooms are not big at all. It was more like a one bedroom with a bathroom for 1 person. Not a studio or efficiency due to no kitchen. Imagine if you live in the United States and you have a bedroom for your child and your child may have an onsite small bathroom with a shower, toilet and a sink. Additionally the rooms was suppose to be on the first floor however, to get there you have to walk up about 30 or more marble like stairs. The lady at the front desk was very nice to take our luggage up the steps and she was struggling, but leaving we had to do it and you have to be very careful because we both almost broke our suitcases. It was very difficult. The Spanish steps, the fountain and shopping, even the high-end stores were 10 - 15 minutes away walking. If you need taxi please use Uber or you will never get one. The train is not far but you will have to take a Uber. We actually took the train for an hour and was in Florence Very beautiful and the food was so delicious. Great mini day trip. Overall the room was beautiful but small. Hope this helps you

I recently stayed at this hotel and while its great location makes it convenient for visiting most attractions, there were some drawbacks. The staff at the reception were very helpful and friendly. However, the room was tiny, which made it challenging for two adults with luggage. The room itself was very basic and the AC unit was noisy. Additionally, the morning noise from the breakfast setup was annoying. I had expected more amenities and a more comfortable space, but unfortunately, it did not.

Fairly close and walkable to attractions but further than it looked on map. Convenient stores within a block. No elevator in auxilary building was minor nuisance. AC and electricity shut off when not in room which was annoying as couldn't leave electronics charging. Worst was that cleaning staff left window open. Coming back to room after walking Rome in August looked forward to entering a nice cool room, not a hot humid one. At least AC was good enough to cool room ina reasonable amount of time.
