Uma desilusão total...

O hotel faculta informações erradas, nomeadamente na aceitação de animais de estimação, pois permitem que eles andem nas imediações do hotel mas não os deixam entrar e as condições que oferecem para eles ficarem são muito precárias. Depois não tem qualquer tipo de isolamento acústico, o que nos permite ouvir tudo o que se passa nos corredores do hotel, nos outros quartos e até quando os outros hóspedes tomam banho. Não têm trilhos de caminhada definidos. Informam que têm sauna e banho turco mas estão desativados e não podemos usufruir de algo que acabamos por pagar... entre outras informações que facultam e depois não são reais. Um desilusão total! O que era previsto serem uns dias perfeitos de descanso, regressei mais cansada do que fui... principalmente devido à falta de qualidade de descanso do hotel...

Pas loin de Braga, endroit simpa tres propre. Chambre petite, gros point négatif à 8h tout le monde debout pas de rideaux et on entend tout dans le couloir (aspirateur, clients) et le samedi matin tondeuse et souffleur au menu à 8h..

Chambre sans charme mais bonnes prestations

Bel établissement et belle piscine mais le site de réservation montrant une chambre charme avec lit à baldaquin et mur en pierres vous êtes déçus de trouver une chambre tout à fait basique et neutre avec une salle de bains minuscule comme l'écran télé d'ailleurs.
